HIGH SPEED ROTARY TURBINE MOTOR (MODEL: AER4006-01)
• Introduction of new turbine motor AER4006-01 to
supersede the AER4006-00 series along with all the
support parts available currently.
• The AER4006-01 new Turbine motor is completely
backward compatible where the AER4006-00 turbine
motor is being used currently.
• Max. Speed rating for the AER4006-01 is 40,000
RPM, sustainable speed. (Intermittent speed 55
kRPM)
• AER4006-01 Turbine motor is 100% compatible with
all Ransburg speed controllers used today that monitor
and run the AER4006-00 series motors.
REPLACEMENT PARTS
The AER4006-01 Turbine Motor shares many of the same component parts of the AER4006-00 turbine motor. The parts
list is shown below on page 3 and 4 with breakout information on useable parts. All parts are interchangeable between
turbine motors.
Important Note: The AER4006-01 Turbine Parts will fit directly into the AER4006-00 turbine motor without issue. Extensive
care and development went into making sure the AER4006-01 service parts can provide needed support for all AER4006-
00 turbine motors currently in use.
Reminder Note: Always use an air heater A11065-XX with any turbine motor application to eliminate any moisture and
performance issues. Cold temperature swings on turbine motor can cause poor performance and downtime. Maintain
filtered dry air using a .01 µm-micron filter for bearing air. Turbine Drive air should be heated and filtered to at least .63
µm-micron filter to eliminate any foreign particles inside turbine and or on work piece surface being painted.

** Disclaimer typical AER5001 is fitted with 57mm plastic bell cup which is the maximum size bell cup used on applicator.
Tests perform was extreme conditions using alloy 70 mm bell cup not normally seen with AER5001 Applicator, for validation
only. The AER5001 applicator is FM (Factory Mutual) listed and only to be used with approved components (i.e... Not with
70mm bell cup.) Performance of the AER4006-01 motor exceeds the prior model AER4006-00 prior turbine motor. There
has been a drastic improvement in performance and robustness of design with this new turbine motor release.
