Följ alltid tryckutjämningsförfarandet i utrustningens
bruksanvisning.
RISK FÖR BULLER
Du kan skadas av höga ljud. Hörselskydd kan behövas när du
använder den här utrustningen.
STATISK LADDNING
Vätskan kan utveckla en statisk laddning som måste avledas
genom korrekt jordning av utrustningen, föremål som ska sprutas
och alla andra elektriskt ledande föremål i dispenseringsområdet.
Felaktig jordning eller gnistor kan orsaka ett farligt tillstånd och
leda till brand, explosion eller elektrisk stöt och andra allvarliga
skador.
BÄR ANDNINGSSKYDD
�Giftiga ångor kan orsaka allvarlig skada eller dödsfall om de andas
in. Använd ett andningsskydd enligt rekommendationerna i
säkerhetsdatabladet för vätskan och lösningsmedlet.

Använd inte utrustningen om säkerhetsanordningarna har

BRAND- OCH EXPLOSIONSRISK
Felaktig jordning av utrustningen, dålig ventilation, öppen låga

explosion och allvarlig skada.
MEDICINSK VARNING
Eventuella skador som orsakas av högtrycksvätska kan vara
allvarliga. Om du skadas eller misstänker en skada:

sprutapparat.
• �Berätta för läkaren vilken typ av vätska du sprayade eller gav

• �Rikta aldrig pistolen/ventilen mot någon eller någon del av
kroppen.
• �Sätt aldrig handen eller fingrarna över sprutmunstycket.
• �Försök aldrig att stoppa eller avleda vätskeutsläpp med din
hand, kropp, handske eller trasa.
• �Ha alltid spetsskyddet på sprutpistolen innan du sprutar.
• �Se alltid till att pistolens avtryckarskydd fungerar innan du
sprutar.

MASKINENS SYFTE
Enheten är avsedd för rengöring av luftdrivna
sprutpistoler med antingen thinnerbaserade
lösningsmedel eller vattenbaserade lösningsmedel.
All annan användning av enheten är strängt förbjuden,
t.ex:
• Tömning av överflödig färg i enheten
• Rengöring av elektriska laddningsbara föremål
• Insamling av olika typer av avfall
• Rengöring av textilmaterial
• Förvaring av föremål
• Rengöring av händer eller andra delar av
människokroppen
• Rengöring av eventuella föremål för mat eller
dryck
SÄKERHETSINFORMATION
Risker kan uppstå vid felaktig användning av Trisk |
DeVilbiss TruClean. Risker kan också uppstå vid felaktigt
val/hantering av fat eller lösningsmedel. För att bibehålla
enhetens höga säkerhetsstandard är det viktigt att dessa
instruktioner följs.
• Denna bruksanvisning måste finnas tillgänglig
och i läsbart skick i närheten av enheten. Varje
användare ska veta var han eller hon kan hitta
bruksanvisningen.
• Läs igenom och försäkra dig om att du har förstått all
information i denna handbok.
• Enheten ska installeras enligt instruktionerna.
• Enheten ska användas på det sätt som beskrivs i
bruksanvisningen.
• Enheten ska underhållas på det sätt som beskrivs i
bruksanvisningen.
• Endast originalreservdelar får användas.
• Modifiera eller ändra inte enheten på något sätt.
• Använd inte enheten om den inte är ordentligt
ventilerad. Använd inte enheten om utsugningen av
ångor är otillräcklig.
• Undvik kontakt med vätska och ånga. Se
lösningsmedlets MSDS (Material Safety Data
Sheet).
• Personer som lider av andningsproblem eller allergier
mot de lösningsmedel som används får inte använda
maskinen.
• Rengör spill omedelbart. Lösningsmedelsångor är
tyngre än luft och kan spridas långt. De kan också
samlas i gropar eller andra låga områden.
• Rök, ät eller drick inte när du befinner dig nära
enheten.
• En brandsläckare måste alltid finnas i närheten vid
arbete med brandfarliga lösningsmedel. Använd inte
vatten.
• Sprutpistoler eller annan färgutrustning som
rengörs i enheten måste vara lämpliga för rengöring
i ett område i zon 1 (ref. Kategori 2 enligt EN
13463-1/2001). Om du är osäker bör du kontakta
tillverkaren av sprutpistolen.
• Enheten måste jordas ordentligt med hjälp av den
bifogade jordkabeln. Om plasttrummor används ska
öppningarna torkas av med en fuktig trasa för att
undvika statisk elektricitet innan slangar eller annan
utrustning sätts in eller tas bort.
Beträffande bruksanvisningar
Driftsinstruktioner ska utformas på grundval av denna
handbok och översättas till det språk som de anställda
talar. Den ska vara nära maskinen.
För att undvika förvirring måste de anställda informeras
om vilket lösningsmedel som för närvarande används i
maskinen.
Använd alltid korrekt skyddsutrustning när du använder
enheten. Använd ögonskydd, skyddshandskar och
skyddsmask:
» Skyddsglasögon för att skydda ögonen.
» Kemikaliebeständiga handskar för att förhindra
hudkontakt.
» Kemikaliebeständiga kläder för att skydda mot spill
eller stänk.

• Faten måste vara täta.
• Trummorna måste vara tillverkade av ett ledande
material.
• Kontrollera lokala bestämmelser för max tillåten
volym för förvaring av lösningsmedel i enheten.
Lösningsmedelstrummor tillhandahålls inte av
Hedson Technologies och Hedson Technologies tar
därför inget ansvar för trummorna. Följ noggrant
lösningsmedelsleverantörens anvisningar.
UPPSAMLINGSBRICKA
Enheten måste installeras på ett sådant sätt att
oavsiktligt läckage av lösningsmedel inte sprids till ett
avloppsvattensystem och därmed utgör en fara för
miljön. Detta kan göras genom att:
• installera enheten på en plats där golv och väggar
kan hålla kvar eventuella oavsiktliga trumläckage,
eller
• utrusta enheten med en uppsamlingsbricka under
lösningsmedelstrummorna som är tillräckligt stor för
att rymma volymen av minst en läckande trumma.

PLACERING AV ENHETEN
TRISK | DEVILBISS TRUCLEAN är utrustningskategori
2 (ref. ATEX-direktivet 2014/34/EU) och kan därför
placeras på platser som klassificeras som Zon 1 (ref.
ATEX-direktiv 1999/92 EG).
TruClean Combo-enheter är markerade:

c IIB T6 Max omgivningstemperatur: 0-40 ºC
Om Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean installeras i utrymmen
klassificerade som Zon 2 eller i oklassificerade utrymmen
gäller följande under förutsättning att ventilationen av
enheten är installerad enligt beskrivningen längre ner i
denna manual:
Utrymmet inom 1 m från Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean skall
klassificeras som Zon 2, och insidan av kanalen som Zon
1.
TILLÅTNA LÖSNINGSMEDEL
Varning!
• Använd aldrig lösningsmedel som saknar
säkerhetsdatablad (MSDS, Material Safety Data
Sheet). Läs säkerhetsdatabladet noggrant och
följ alla instruktioner och förfaranden. Om du
behöver mer information om lösningsmedlet

lösningsmedelsleverantör.
• Aldrig tillsätta andra kemikalier i
lösningsmedlet.
Enheten kan användas med lösningsmedel och
lösningsmedelsblandningar avsedda för rengöring av
sprutpistoler, t.ex. aceton, toluen, isobutanol, xylen som
är listade som grupp IIA enligt IEC 79-20 (EN 60079-
20).
Enheten kan också användas med vatten eller
vattenbaserade lösningsmedel.
Alla lösningsmedel måste ha ett pH-värde mellan 4 och
10. Blanda inte vattenbaserade lösningsmedel med
thinnerbaserade lösningsmedel.
Det är viktigt att alla användare alltid får veta vilket
lösningsmedel som används.
Använd aldrig lösningsmedel som inte är försedda med
ett säkerhetsdatablad (MSDS, Material Safety Data
Sheet).
Läs säkerhetsdatabladet noggrant och följ
alla instruktioner och förfaranden som anges i
säkerhetsdatabladet. Om du är osäker eller om du
behöver mer information om lösningsmedlet, kontakta
din leverantör av lösningsmedel.
Tillsätt inte andra kemikalier till lösningsmedlet,
inklusive, men inte begränsat till, fotogen, bensin,
tvättmedel, eldningsolja eller klorerade lösningsmedel.
TILLÅTNA TRUMMOR MED LÖSNINGSMEDEL
Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean kan användas med olika typer
av trummor, men de måste uppfylla följande krav:
• Trummorna måste passa in i enheten.

Inom de sekretessbelagda områdena måste all
utrustning, t.ex. elektriska artiklar, vara godkänd för de
beskrivna zonerna.
Varning!
Utrustning som genererar öppen låga eller gnistor
(t.ex. svets- eller sliputrustning) får inte använ-
das i detta område.
Varning!
Rökning är inteinte tillåten.
Om du är osäker, kontakta de lokala brandmyndigheterna
för råd.
Ventilation
Det finns två olika alternativ för enhetens ventilation:
A) Led utsuget utomhus.
B) För in metallröret i en huva som är i
ansluten till ett lämpligt ventilationssystem
godkänd för zon 1. Denna huv bör ha en
öppen design för att undvika konstant extraktion.
Metallkanalen får inte vara längre än 15 meter och
måste anslutas på ett sådant sätt att den är jordad.

Tryckluften måste vara ren och torr enligt ISO 8573-
1, klass 3.4.3 eller bättre. Eventuella föroreningar i
tryckluften gör att garantianspråken upphör att gälla.
Om det inte först leds genom en vattenfälla och ett
filter kan det orsaka skador på enhetens pneumatiska
komponenter, vilket gör att eventuella garantianspråk
upphör.
Jordning av enheten
Varning!
• Enheten måste vara ordentligt jordad för att
undvika elektrostatisk urladdning.
Jorda enheten ordentligt med hjälp av den gulgröna
jordkabeln. Anslut jordkabeln till en korrekt jordkrets i
enlighet med lokala föreskrifter.
PREPARAT FÖR ANVÄNDNING

För att ta bort frontplåten före underhåll, lyft och dra för
att lossa den helt.

Viktigt! Använd en skiftnyckel för att hålla i
kopplingsbeslaget så att det inte kan rotera under

Luftpistol (valfritt tillbehör)
Luftpistolen används för att torka sprutpistolen efter
rengöringsproceduren. Luftledningen kan placeras på
båda sidor av maskinen och fästas med sin magnet.
Luftslang (valfritt tillbehör)
Luftslangen ansluts till sprutpistolens luftintag och
används för att torka luftkanalen efter den externa
rengöringen.

Lösningsmedel trummor
Två fat behövs, ett som är tomt och ett som är fyllt med
lösningsmedel.
Båda trummorna
• måste ha samma storlek.
• måste passa in i TruClean.
• måste uppfylla de krav som beskrivs i kapitel
TILLÅTNA SOLVENTDRUMPOR.
• måste vara rena på insidan och de får inte innehålla
några fasta partiklar eller andra föremål som kan
sugas in i pumparna när de är igång.
1. Förbered lösningsmedelstrummorna.
Häll hälften av lösningsmedlet från den fulla trumman till
den tomma.
2. Välj de pluggar som passar bäst i trummornas
öppning.

Obs! Se till att alla slangar är ordentligt införda i
trumman hela vägen ner till botten, och att öppningen är
väl tillsluten av den koniska pluggen.
3. Placera de två trummorna i skåpet på höger sida.
Trumman till vänster innehåller det rena lösningsmedlet.
Anslut adapterkontakten med den enskilda slangen till
den.
4. Anslut adapterkontakten med de två slangarna till
trumman till höger. Denna trumma innehåller det
återcirkulerande lösningsmedlet.
Lösningsmedelsystemet är nu fyllt. Båda trummorna
ska vara halvfulla. När manuell sköljning utförs kommer
innehållet i den vänstra trumman gradvis att förbrukas
och överföras till den högra trumman.
BEREDNINGAR FÖR ANVÄNDNING - VATTEN

väl tillsluten av den koniska pluggen.
3. Placera de två trummorna i skåpet på vänster sida.
Trumman till vänster innehåller det rena vattnet. Anslut
adapterkontakten med den enskilda slangen till den.
4. Anslut adapterkontakten med de två slangarna till
trumman till höger. Denna trumma innehåller det
recirkulerande vattnet.
Vattensystemet är nu fyllt. Båda trummorna ska vara
halvfulla. När manuell sköljning utförs kommer innehållet
i den vänstra trumman gradvis att förbrukas och
överföras till den högra trumman.

1. Töm sprutpistolen på eventuella färgrester i en sepa-
rat spillskål.
2. Placera koppen och locket i tvättutrymmet.
För bästa rengöringsresultat rekommenderas att
sprutpistolen demonteras och delarna placeras i
tvättutrymmet.
3. Förbered luftledning. Den används i den automatiska
tvättcykeln.
En uppsättning koniska pluggar finns med. Välj den
plugg som bäst passar sprutpistolens luftintag och
montera den på luftledningen.

Slutligen är det möjligt att blåsa ut sprutpistolen.
Anslut sprutpistolen till luftledningen (tillval) och blås ut
sprutpistolen genom tratten under locket.
Genom att använda denna tratt förhindrar du att
ångorna sprids i lokalen.
Stäng locket efter rengöring.

Den manuella tvättmaskinen är utrustad med en
spakventil som har två lägen.

förhindrar att lösningsmedel tränger in i
sprutpistolens luftkanaler under tvättning.

7. Stäng locket och starta den automatiska förtvätten
genom att trycka på knappen . Sprutpistolen rengörs
nu automatiskt under ca 1 minut med cirkulerande
lösningsmedel.
Automatisk rengöringscykel ≈1minut.
När rengöringen är klar kan locket öppnas och
sprutpistolen tas ut.
Manuell sköljning
Vid behov kan sprutpistolen sköljas manuellt med rent
lösningsmedel.
När du trampar på pedalen sprutas en stråle av rent
lösningsmedel från munstycket under locket.

1. Kontrollera att spakventilen är i rätt läge innan du
trycker på pedalen under det manuella tvättutrymmet.
Vatten kommer att matas antingen genom det rena
sköljmunstycket eller genom borsten.
2. Rengör sprutpistolen med borsten.
3.Skölj sprutpistolens utsida under munstycket för ren
sköljning.

Flockning av recirkulerat vatten sker manuellt.

1. Förbered filterhållaren genom att sätta det tunna
filtret i det tjockare. Häng sedan filtren över
filterhållaren.
2. Häll ut det recirkulerade vattnet med färgrester i en
av de två filtratlådorna.
3. Tillsätt flockningspulver till vattnet och rör om.
Följ anvisningarna från tillverkaren av pulvret.När
färgresterna har fallit till botten av lådan och vattnet
är klart är separeringsprocessen avslutad.
4. Häll vattnet i filtren för att avlägsna
måla från vattnet.
5. Låt vattnet sippra igenom.
6. Avlägsna innerfiltret som innehåller färgrester.
7. Häll tillbaka det filtrerade vattnet i en trumma för
återanvändning.

Seguire sempre la procedura di scarico della pressione indicata nel
manuale di istruzioni dell'apparecchiatura.
PERICOLO DI RUMORE
Si può essere feriti da un forte rumore. Durante l'uso di questa
apparecchiatura può essere necessaria una protezione per l'udito.
CARICA STATICA
Il fluido può sviluppare una carica statica che deve essere
dissipata attraverso una corretta messa a terra
dell'apparecchiatura, degli oggetti da spruzzare e di tutti gli altri
oggetti elettricamente conduttivi presenti nell'area di erogazione.
Una messa a terra o una scintilla non corretta possono causare
una condizione di pericolo e provocare incendi, esplosioni o scosse
elettriche e altre gravi lesioni.
INDOSSARE UN RESPIRATORE
�L'inalazione di fumi tossici può causare gravi lesioni o morte.
Indossare un respiratore come raccomandato dalla scheda di
sicurezza del produttore del fluido e del solvente.

Per evitare il contatto con il fluido, tenere presente quanto segue:
• �Non puntare mai la pistola/valvola verso qualcuno o una
parte del corpo.
• �Non mettere mai le mani o le dita sopra l'ugello di spruzzo.
• �Non tentare mai di arrestare o deviare le perdite di liquido
con la mano, il corpo, un guanto o uno straccio.
• �Prima di spruzzare, è necessario che la protezione della punta
sia sempre montata sulla pistola a spruzzo.
• �Assicurarsi sempre che la sicura del grilletto della pistola sia
attivata prima di spruzzare.

SCOPO DELLA MACCHINA
L'unità è destinata alla pulizia delle pistole a spruzzo ad
aria compressa utilizzando solventi a base di diluenti o
acqua.
Qualsiasi altro uso dell'unità è severamente vietato,
come ad esempio:
• Svuotare la vernice in eccesso nell'unità
• Pulizia di articoli elettrici ricaricabili
• Raccolta di rifiuti vari
• Pulizia dei materiali tessili
• Conservazione degli articoli
• Pulizia delle mani o di altre parti del corpo umano
• Pulizia di qualsiasi oggetto per alimenti o bevande
INFORMAZIONI SULLA SICUREZZA
L'uso improprio di Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean può
comportare dei rischi. I rischi possono derivare anche
dalla scelta/manipolazione impropria dei fusti o del
solvente. Per mantenere l'elevato standard di sicurezza
dell'apparecchio, è importante seguire queste istruzioni.
• Il presente manuale d'uso deve essere disponibile e
leggibile nelle immediate vicinanze dell'unità. Ogni
utente deve sapere dove trovare il Manuale d'uso.
• Leggere e assicurarsi di aver compreso appieno tutte
le informazioni contenute in questo manuale.
• L'unità deve essere installata come descritto nelle
istruzioni.
• L'apparecchio deve essere utilizzato come descritto
nelle istruzioni.
• La manutenzione dell'apparecchio deve essere
eseguita come descritto nelle istruzioni.
• È possibile utilizzare solo ricambi originali.
• Non modificare o alterare in alcun modo l'unità.
• Non mettere in funzione l'unità se non è
adeguatamente ventilata. Non mettere in
funzione l'apparecchio se l'aspirazione dei vapori è
insufficiente.
• Evitare il contatto con liquidi e vapori. Consultare la
scheda di sicurezza dei solventi (Material Safety Data
Sheet).
• Il personale che soffre di problemi respiratori o di
allergie ai solventi utilizzati non deve utilizzare la
macchina.
• Pulire immediatamente le fuoriuscite. I vapori
dei solventi sono più pesanti dell'aria e possono
diffondersi a lungo. Possono anche raccogliersi in
fosse o altre aree basse.
• Non fumare, mangiare o bere nelle vicinanze
dell'unità.
• Quando si lavora con solventi infiammabili, è
necessario tenere sempre un estintore nelle
vicinanze. Non utilizzare acqua.
• Le pistole a spruzzo o qualsiasi altra attrezzatura di
verniciatura pulita nell'unità devono essere adatte
alla pulizia in una zona 1 (rif. Categoria 2 secondo
EN 13463-1/2001). In caso di dubbi, contattare il
produttore della pistola a spruzzo.
• L'unità deve essere adeguatamente messa a terra
utilizzando il cavo di messa a terra allegato. Se si
utilizzano fusti di plastica, le aperture devono essere
pulite con un panno umido, per evitare l'elettricità
statica, prima di inserire o rimuovere tubi o altre
apparecchiature.
Per quanto riguarda le istruzioni per l'uso
Le istruzioni per l'uso devono essere formulate sulla base
del presente manuale e tradotte nella lingua parlata dai
dipendenti. Dovrebbe essere vicino alla macchina.
Per evitare confusione, i dipendenti devono essere
informati sul solvente attualmente utilizzato nella
macchina.
Durante l'utilizzo dell'unità, indossare sempre le
protezioni adeguate. Indossare una protezione per gli
occhi, guanti protettivi e una maschera protettiva:
» Occhiali di protezione chimica per proteggere gli
occhi.
» Guanti resistenti alle sostanze chimiche per evitare
il contatto con la pelle.
» Indumenti resistenti alle sostanze chimiche per
proteggersi da fuoriuscite o schizzi.

Technologies, che pertanto non si assume alcuna
responsabilità per i fusti. Seguire attentamente le
istruzioni del fornitore del solvente.
VASSOIO DI RACCOLTA
L'unità deve essere installata in modo da evitare che
perdite accidentali di solvente si diffondano in un
sistema di scarico dell'acqua, rappresentando così un
pericolo per l'ambiente. Questo può essere fatto da:
• installare l'unità in un luogo in cui il pavimento e le
pareti possano contenere eventuali perdite accidentali
del fusto, oppure
• dotando l'unità di un vassoio di raccolta sotto i fusti
di solvente sufficientemente grande da contenere il
volume di almeno un fusto che perde.

POSIZIONAMENTO DELL'UNITÀ
IL TRISK | DEVILBISS TRUCLEAN è un'apparecchiatura
di categoria 2 (rif. Direttiva ATEX 2014/34/UE) e può
quindi essere collocato in luoghi classificati come Zona 1
(rif. Direttiva ATEX 1999/92 CE).

Se il sistema Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean viene installato
in luoghi classificati come Zona 2 o in luoghi non
classificati, vale quanto segue, a condizione che la
ventilazione dell'unità sia installata come descritto più
avanti in questo manuale:
Lo spazio entro 1 m dal Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean deve
essere classificato come Zona 2, mentre l'interno del
condotto come Zona 1.
SOLVENTI CONSENTITI
Attenzione!
• Non utilizzare mai utilizzare mai un solvente
privo di scheda di sicurezza (MSDS). Leggere
attentamente la scheda di sicurezza e seguire
tutte le istruzioni e le procedure. Per ulteriori
informazioni sul sul solvente, si prega di
contattare il proprio fornitore di solventi.
• Non aggiungere mai aggiungere altre sostanze
chimiche al solvente.
L'unità può essere utilizzata con solventi e miscele di
solventi destinati alla pulizia con pistole a spruzzo, come
acetone, toluene, isobutanolo, xilene, elencati come
Gruppo IIA secondo la norma IEC 79-20 (EN 60079-20).
L'unità può essere utilizzata anche con acqua o solventi
a base acquosa.
Tutti i solventi devono avere un valore di pH compreso
tra 4 e 10. Non mescolare i solventi a base acquosa con
quelli a base di diluente.
È importante che tutti gli utenti siano sempre informati
sul solvente utilizzato.
Non utilizzare mai un solvente se non è accompagnato
da una scheda di sicurezza (MSDS).
Leggere attentamente la scheda di sicurezza e seguire
tutte le istruzioni e le procedure in essa contenute. In
caso di dubbi o se sono necessarie ulteriori informazioni
sul solvente, contattare il fornitore del solvente.
Non aggiungere altre sostanze chimiche al solvente,
compresi, ma non solo, cherosene, benzina, detergenti,
olio combustibile o solventi clorurati.
FUSTI DI SOLVENTE CONSENTITI
Il Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean può essere utilizzato con
diversi tipi di fusti, ma deve essere conforme a quanto
segue:
• I tamburi devono essere inseriti nell'unità.

Ventilazione
Esistono due diverse opzioni per la ventilazione
dell'unità:
A) Condurre lo scarico all'esterno.
B) Condurre il condotto metallico in una cappa che sia in
girare collegato a un sistema di ventilazione adeguato
approvato per la Zona 1. Questa cappa dovrebbe avere
un
design aperto per evitare un'estrazione costante.
Il condotto metallico non può essere più lungo di 15
metri e deve essere collegato in modo da garantire la
messa a terra.

L'aria compressa deve essere pulita e asciutta secondo
la norma ISO 8573-1, classe 3.4.3 o migliore. Eventuali
inquinamenti nell'aria compressa invalidano qualsiasi
richiesta di garanzia.
Se non viene fatta passare prima attraverso un sifone e
un filtro, può causare danni ai componenti pneumatici
dell'unità, invalidando eventuali richieste di garanzia.
Messa a terra dell'unità
Attenzione!
• L'unità deve essere adeguatamente messa a
terra per evitare scariche elettrostatiche.
Mettere a terra l'unità utilizzando il cavo di messa a
terra giallo-verde. Collegare il cavo di messa a terra a un
circuito di terra adeguato in base alle normative locali.

Pistola ad aria compressa (accessorio
opzionale)
La pistola ad aria compressa viene utilizzata per
asciugare la pistola a spruzzo dopo la procedura di
pulizia. La linea dell'aria può essere posizionata su
entrambi i lati della macchina, collegata al suo magnete.
Tubo flessibile dell'aria (accessorio opzion-
ale)
Il tubo dell'aria è collegato all'ingresso dell'aria della
pistola a spruzzo e viene utilizzato per asciugare il
passaggio dell'aria dopo la procedura di pulizia esterna.

Viene fornita una selezione di tappi conici per adattarsi

PREPARATI PER L'USO - SOLVENTE
Solvente tamburi
Sono necessari due fusti, uno vuoto e uno pieno di
solvente.
Entrambi i tamburi
• devono avere la stessa dimensione.
• devono entrare in TruClean.
• devono soddisfare i requisiti descritti nel capitolo
DRUM SOLVENTE AMMESSI.
• devono essere pulite all'interno e non devono
contenere solidi o altri oggetti che potrebbero essere
risucchiati dalle pompe durante il funzionamento.
1. Preparare i fusti di solvente.
Versare metà del solvente dal fusto pieno a quello vuoto.
2. Selezionare i tappi che si adattano meglio
all'apertura dei fusti.

Nota! Assicurarsi che tutti i tubi siano correttamente
inseriti nel tamburo fino in fondo e che l'apertura sia ben
sigillata dal tappo conico.
3. Posizionare i due tamburi nell'armadietto sul lato
destro.
Il tamburo a sinistra conterrà il solvente pulito. Collegare
la spina dell'adattatore con il tubo singolo.
4. Collegare la spina dell'adattatore con i due tubi
al tamburo a destra. Questo tamburo conterrà il
solvente in ricircolo.
Il sistema di solventi è ora pieno. Entrambi i fusti devono
essere pieni a metà. Quando si esegue il risciacquo
manuale, il contenuto del tamburo sinistro viene
gradualmente esaurito e trasferito al tamburo destro.
PREPARATI PER L'USO - ACQUA
Acqua tamburi
Sono necessari due fusti, uno vuoto e uno pieno
d'acqua.
Entrambi i tamburi
• devono avere la stessa dimensione.
• devono entrare in TruClean.
• devono essere pulite all'interno e non devono
contenere solidi o altri oggetti che potrebbero essere
risucchiati dalle pompe durante il funzionamento.
1. Preparare i fusti d'acqua.
2. Selezionare i tappi che si adattano meglio
all'apertura dei fusti.
Nota! Assicurarsi che tutti i tubi siano correttamente
inseriti nel tamburo fino in fondo e che l'apertura sia ben
sigillata dal tappo conico.
3. Posizionare i due tamburi nell'armadietto sul lato
sinistro.
Il bidone a sinistra conterrà l'acqua pulita. Collegare la
spina dell'adattatore con il tubo singolo.
4. Collegare la spina dell'adattatore con i due tubi al
tamburo a destra. Questo tamburo conterrà l'acqua
di ricircolo.
Il sistema idrico è stato riempito. Entrambi i fusti devono
essere pieni a metà. Quando si esegue il risciacquo
manuale, il contenuto del tamburo sinistro viene
gradualmente esaurito e trasferito al tamburo destro.

1. Svuotare la pistola a spruzzo da eventuali residui di
vernice in un piatto separato per le fuoriuscite.

Per ottenere i migliori risultati di pulizia, si consiglia di
smontare la pistola a spruzzo e di riporre le parti nello
scomparto di lavaggio.
3. Preparare la linea dell'aria. Viene utilizzato nel ciclo
di lavaggio automatico.
Viene fornito un set di tappi conici. Selezionare il tappo
più adatto all'ingresso dell'aria della pistola a spruzzo e
montarlo sulla linea dell'aria.

Infine, è possibile soffiare la pistola a spruzzo. Collegare
la pistola a spruzzo al tubo dell'aria (opzionale) e soffiare
fuori dalla pistola a spruzzo attraverso l'imbuto sotto il
coperchio.
Utilizzando questo imbuto, si evita che i fumi si
diffondano all'interno dei locali.
Chiudere il coperchio dopo la pulizia.

dell'aria impedisce al solvente di entrare nei canali

di prelavaggio premendo il pulsante premendo
il pulsante . La pistola a spruzzo viene ora pulita
automaticamente per circa 1 minuto con il solvente
in circolazione.
Ciclo di pulizia automatico ≈1minuto.
Al termine della procedura di pulizia, è possibile aprire il
coperchio ed estrarre la pistola a spruzzo.
Risciacquo manuale
Se necessario, la pistola a spruzzo può essere
risciacquata manualmente con un solvente pulito.
Premendo il pedale si spruzza un getto di solvente pulito
dall'ugello sotto il coperchio.

1. Assicurarsi che la valvola a leva sia in posizione corr-
etta prima di premere il pedale sotto il vano di lavaggio
manuale. L'acqua viene immessa attraverso l'ugello di
risciacquo pulito o attraverso la spazzola.
2. Pulire la pistola a spruzzo con la spazzola.
3.Sciacquare l'esterno della pistola a spruzzo sotto
l'ugello di risciacquo pulito.
4.Asciugare la pistola a spruzzo con la pistola ad aria
compressa (accessorio opzionale).
La spazzola e l'ugello di risciacquo possono essere
utilizzati indipendentemente dalla lavatrice automatica.
FLOCCULAZIONE
La flocculazione dell'acqua di ricircolo viene effettuata
manualmente. Per la procedura è necessario un kit di
flocculazione GCC (accessorio opzionale).
1. Preparare il portafiltro inserendo il filtro sottile
in quello più spesso. Quindi appendere i filtri al
portafiltro.
2. Versare l'acqua di ricircolo contenente i residui di
vernice in una delle due cassette di filtraggio.
3. Aggiungere la polvere di flocculazione all'acqua e
mescolare. Seguire le istruzioni del produttore della
polvere.Quando i residui di vernice sono caduti sul
fondo della scatola e l'acqua è limpida, il processo di
separazione è terminato.
4. Versare l'acqua nei filtri per rimuovere le
vernice dall'acqua.
5. Lasciare filtrare l'acqua.
6. Rimuovere il filtro interno che contiene i residui di
vernice.
7. Versare l'acqua filtrata in un cestello per riutilizzarla
riutilizzare.

STATISCHE AUFLADUNG
Die Flüssigkeit kann eine statische Aufladung entwickeln, die
durch ordnungsgemäße Erdung des Geräts, der zu besprühenden
Objekte und aller anderen elektrisch leitenden Objekte im
Dosierbereich abgeleitet werden muss. Eine unsachgemäße
Erdung oder Funkenbildung kann zu einem gefährlichen Zustand
führen und Brände, Explosionen oder Stromschläge und andere
schwere Verletzungen verursachen.

• �Teilen Sie dem Arzt mit, dass Sie eine Injektionsverletzung
vermuten.
• �Zeigen Sie dem Arzt diese medizinischen Informationen oder
die mit Ihrem Airless-Spritzgerät gelieferte medizinische
Warnkarte.
• �Teilen Sie dem Arzt mit, welche Art von Flüssigkeit Sie
versprüht oder abgegeben haben.
SOFORTIGE ÄRZTLICHE HILFE IN ANSPRUCH NEHMEN
Um einen Kontakt mit der Flüssigkeit zu vermeiden, beachten Sie
bitte Folgendes:
• �Richten Sie die Pistole/das Ventil niemals auf eine Person
oder einen Körperteil.
• �Niemals Hand oder Finger über die Sprühdüse halten.
• �Versuchen Sie niemals, austretende Flüssigkeit mit der Hand,
dem Körper, einem Handschuh oder einem Lappen zu
stoppen oder abzulenken.

Spritzpistole.

Abzugssicherung der Pistole funktioniert.

ZWECK DER MASCHINE
Das Gerät ist für die Reinigung von luftbetriebenen
Spritzpistolen mit Lösungsmitteln auf Verdünner- oder
Wasserbasis vorgesehen.
Jede andere Verwendung des Geräts ist strengstens
untersagt, wie z.B.:
• Entleeren überschüssiger Farbe in das Gerät
• Reinigung von elektrisch aufladbaren
Gegenständen
• Sammeln von verschiedenen Abfällen
• Reinigung von Textilmaterialien
• Aufbewahrung von Gegenständen
• Reinigung der Hände oder anderer Teile des
menschlichen Körpers
• Reinigung von Gegenständen für Lebensmittel oder
Getränke
SICHERHEITSINFORMATIONEN
Bei unsachgemäßem Gebrauch des Trisk | DeVilbiss
TruClean können Gefahren entstehen. Gefahren können
auch durch unsachgemäße Auswahl/Handhabung von
Fässern oder Lösungsmitteln entstehen. Um den hohen
Sicherheitsstandard des Gerätes zu erhalten, ist es
wichtig, dass diese Anweisungen befolgt werden.
• Dieses Benutzerhandbuch muss in unmittelbarer
Nähe des Geräts verfügbar und in lesbarem Zustand
sein. Jeder Benutzer muss wissen, wo er das
Benutzerhandbuch finden kann.
• Lesen Sie dieses Handbuch und vergewissern Sie
sich, dass Sie alle darin enthaltenen Informationen
verstanden haben.
• Das Gerät sollte wie in der Anleitung beschrieben
installiert werden.

Lösungsmittel.
• Personen, die unter Atembeschwerden oder Allergien
gegen die verwendeten Lösungsmittel leiden, dürfen
die Maschine nicht bedienen.
• Verschmutzungen sofort beseitigen.
Lösungsmitteldämpfe sind schwerer als Luft und
können sich weit ausbreiten. Sie können sich
auch in Gruben oder anderen niedrigen Bereichen
ansammeln.
• In der Nähe des Geräts nicht rauchen, essen oder
trinken.
• Bei der Arbeit mit brennbaren Lösungsmitteln muss
immer ein Feuerlöscher in der Nähe sein. Verwenden
Sie kein Wasser.
• Spritzpistolen oder andere Lackiergeräte, die im
Gerät gereinigt werden, müssen für die Reinigung
in einem Bereich der Zone 1 geeignet sein (vgl.
Kategorie 2 gemäß EN 13463-1/2001). Wenn Sie
unsicher sind, wenden Sie sich bitte an den Hersteller
der Spritzpistole.
• Das Gerät muss über das beiliegende Erdungskabel
ordnungsgemäß geerdet werden. Bei der
Verwendung von Kunststofffässern sollten die
Öffnungen mit einem feuchten Tuch abgewischt
werden, um statische Aufladung zu vermeiden,
bevor Schläuche oder andere Geräte eingesetzt oder
entfernt werden.
Zu den Betriebsanleitungen
Die Betriebsanweisungen sollten auf der Grundlage
dieses Handbuchs formuliert und in die von den
Beschäftigten gesprochene Sprache übersetzt werden.
Sie sollte sich in der Nähe der Maschine befinden.
Um Verwechslungen zu vermeiden, müssen die
Mitarbeiter darüber informiert werden, welches
Lösungsmittel gerade in der Maschine verwendet wird.
Tragen Sie beim Betrieb des Geräts immer die richtige
Schutzausrüstung. Tragen Sie einen Augenschutz,
Schutzhandschuhe und eine Schutzmaske:
» Chemikalienschutzbrille zum Schutz Ihrer Augen.
» Chemikalienbeständige Handschuhe, um
Hautkontakt zu vermeiden.
» Chemikalienbeständige Kleidung zum Schutz vor
Verschütten oder Spritzern.

• Die Fässer müssen auslaufsicher sein.
• Die Trommeln müssen aus einem leitfähigen Material
bestehen.
• Informieren Sie sich über die örtlichen Vorschriften
bezüglich der maximal zulässigen Menge für die
Aufbewahrung von Lösungsmitteln im Gerät.
Lösemittelfässer werden nicht von Hedson Technologies
zur Verfügung gestellt, daher übernimmt Hedson
Technologies keine Verantwortung für diese Fässer.
Befolgen Sie sorgfältig die Anweisungen des
Lösemittellieferanten.
AUFFANGSCHALE
Das Gerät muss so installiert werden, dass ein
unbeabsichtigtes Austreten von Lösemitteln in ein
Abwassersystem und damit eine Gefahr für die Umwelt
verhindert wird. Dies kann wie folgt geschehen:
• installation des Geräts an einem Ort, an dem Boden
und Wände ein versehentliches Auslaufen des Fasses
auffangen können, oder
• ausstattung der Anlage mit einer Auffangwanne
unter den Lösemittelfässern, die groß genug ist, um
das Volumen mindestens eines undichten Fasses
aufzunehmen.

AUFSTELLEN DES GERÄTS
DER TRISK | DEVILBISS TRUCLEAN ist ein Gerät der
Kategorie 2 (vgl. ATEX-Richtlinie 2014/34/EU) und
darf daher an Orten aufgestellt werden, die als Zone 1
eingestuft sind (siehe ATEX-Richtlinie 1999/92 EG).
TruClean Combo-Geräte sind gekennzeichnet:

Wenn der Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean in Räumen der Zone
2 oder in nicht klassifizierten Räumen installiert wird, gilt

ZUGELASSENE LÖSUNGSMITTEL
Warnung!
• Niemals lösungsmittel verwenden, für die
kein Sicherheitsdatenblatt (MSDS) vorliegt.
Lesen Sie das Sicherheitsdatenblatt sorgfältig
durch und befolgen Sie alle Anweisungen und
Verfahren. Wenn Sie weitere Informationen
über benötigen, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren
Lösemittellieferanten.
• Niemals andere Chemikalien in das
Lösungsmittel geben.
Das Gerät kann mit Lösemitteln und
Lösemittelgemischen verwendet werden, die für die
Reinigung mit der Spritzpistole vorgesehen sind, wie z.
B. Aceton, Toluol, Isobutanol, Xylol, die gemäß IEC 79-
20 (EN 60079-20) als Gruppe IIA aufgeführt sind.
Das Gerät kann auch mit Wasser oder Lösungsmitteln
auf Wasserbasis verwendet werden.
Alle Lösungsmittel müssen einen pH-Wert zwischen 4
und 10 haben. Mischen Sie keine Lösungsmittel auf
Wasserbasis mit Lösungsmitteln auf Verdünnerbasis.
Es ist wichtig, dass alle Anwender jederzeit darüber
informiert sind, welches Lösungsmittel verwendet wird.
Verwenden Sie niemals Lösungsmittel, die nicht mit
einem Sicherheitsdatenblatt (MSDS) versehen sind.
Lesen Sie das Sicherheitsdatenblatt sorgfältig durch
und befolgen Sie alle Anweisungen und Verfahren, die

Zonen zugelassen sein.

Belüftung
Für die Belüftung des Geräts gibt es zwei verschiedene
Optionen:
A) Führen Sie die Abgase ins Freie.
B) Führen Sie die Metallrohre in eine Haube, die sich in
an ein geeignetes Belüftungssystem angeschlossen
werden
für die Zone 1 zugelassen. Diese Haube sollte eine
offene Bauweise zur Vermeidung ständiger Absaugung.
Die Metallrohre dürfen nicht länger als 15 m sein und
müssen so angeschlossen werden, dass die Erdung
gewährleistet ist.

Die Druckluft muss sauber und trocken sein, gemäß
ISO 8573-1, Klasse 3.4.3 oder besser. Verunreinigungen
in der Druckluft führen zum Erlöschen jeglicher
Garantieansprüche.
Wird es nicht zuerst durch einen Wasserabscheider
und einen Filter geleitet, kann es zu Schäden an den
pneumatischen Komponenten des Geräts führen, was
zum Erlöschen jeglicher Garantieansprüche führt.
Erdung des Geräts
Warnung!
• Das Gerät muss ordnungsgemäß geerdet sein,
um elektrostatische Entladungen zu vermei-
den.
Erden Sie das Gerät ordnungsgemäß mit dem gelb-
grünen Erdungskabel. Schließen Sie das Erdungskabel an
einen ordnungsgemäßen Erdungskreislauf entsprechend
den örtlichen Vorschriften an.

Luftpistole (optionales Zubehör)
Die Luftpistole wird zum Trocknen der Spritzpistole nach
dem Reinigungsvorgang verwendet. Die Luftleitung kann
auf jeder Seite der Maschine angebracht werden, die mit
ihrem Magneten befestigt ist.
Luftschlauch (optionales Zubehör)
Der Luftschlauch wird an den Lufteinlass der
Spritzpistole angeschlossen und dient zum Trocknen des
Luftkanals nach dem Außenreinigungsvorgang.

Die Schläuche für Lösungsmittel und Wasser sind
schwarz und mit einer Farbmarkierung versehen:

Es werden zwei Fässer benötigt, ein leeres und ein mit
Lösungsmittel gefülltes.
Beide Trommeln
• müssen die gleiche Größe haben.
• müssen in TruClean passen.
• müssen die im Kapitel ZULÄSSIGE
LÖSUNGSTROMMELN beschriebenen Anforderungen
erfüllen.
• müssen innen sauber sein und dürfen keine
Feststoffe oder andere Gegenstände enthalten,
die beim Betrieb in die Pumpen gesaugt werden
könnten.
1. Bereiten Sie die Lösemittelfässer vor.
Gießen Sie die Hälfte des Lösungsmittels aus dem vollen
Fass in das leere Fass.
2. Wählen Sie die Stopfen aus, die am besten in die
Öffnung der Fässer passen.

Achtung! Vergewissern Sie sich, dass alle Schläuche
ordnungsgemäß bis zum Boden des Fasses geführt
werden und dass die Öffnung durch den konischen
Stopfen gut abgedichtet ist.
3. Stellen Sie die beiden Fässer auf der rechten Seite
in den Schrank.
Das Fass auf der linken Seite enthält das saubere
Lösungsmittel. Schließen Sie den Adapterstecker mit
dem Einzelschlauch daran an.
4. Verbinden Sie den Adapterstecker mit den beiden
Schläuchen mit dem Fass auf der rechten Seite. In
diesem Fass wird das Lösungsmittel im Kreislauf
geführt.
Das Lösemittelsystem ist nun aufgefüllt. Beide Fässer
sollten halb voll sein. Bei der manuellen Spülung wird
der Inhalt der linken Trommel nach und nach verbraucht
und in die rechte Trommel übertragen.

linken Trommel nach und nach verbraucht und in die
rechte Trommel übertragen.

Schließlich kann man die Sprühpistole ausblasen.
Schließen Sie die Sprühpistole an die Luftleitung an
(optional) und blasen Sie die Sprühpistole durch den
Trichter unter dem Deckel aus.
Durch die Verwendung dieses Trichters wird verhindert,
dass sich die Dämpfe in den Räumlichkeiten ausbreiten.
Schließen Sie den Deckel nach der Reinigung.

Die manuelle Waschmaschine ist mit einem Hebelventil
ausgestattet, das zwei Positionen hat.

Nach Abschluss des Reinigungsvorgangs kann der
Deckel geöffnet und die Sprühpistole herausgenommen
werden.
Manuelle Spülung
Die Sprühpistole kann bei Bedarf manuell mit sauberem
Lösungsmittel gespült werden.
Wenn Sie auf das Pedal treten, wird ein Strahl sauberen
Lösungsmittels aus der Düse unter dem Deckel
gesprüht.

1. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Ventilhebel in der

Die Bürste und die Klarspüldüse können unabhängig von
der automatischen Waschanlage verwendet werden.
FLOCCULATION
Die Ausflockung von Kreislaufwasser erfolgt manuell. Für
das Verfahren wird ein Flockungs-Kit GCC (optionales
Zubehör) benötigt.
1. Bereiten Sie den Filterhalter vor, indem Sie den
dünnen Filter in den dickeren Filter einsetzen.
Hängen Sie dann die Filter über den Filterhalter.
2. Gießen Sie das rezirkulierte Wasser mit Farbresten in
einen der beiden Filtratbehälter.
3. Das Flockungspulver in das Wasser geben und
umrühren. Befolgen Sie die Anweisungen des
Herstellers des Pulvers.Wenn die Farbreste auf den
Boden des Behälters gesunken sind und das Wasser
klar ist, ist der Trennvorgang abgeschlossen.
4. Gießen Sie das Wasser in die Filter, um die
farbe aus dem Wasser.
5. Lassen Sie das Wasser durchsickern.
6. Entfernen Sie den Innenfilter, der die Farbreste
enthält.
7. Gießen Sie das gefilterte Wasser in ein Fass zur
wiederverwendung.

PROCEDIMIENTO DE DESCARGA DE PRESIÓN
Siga siempre el procedimiento de descarga de presión indicado en
el manual de instrucciones del equipo.
RIESGO DE RUIDO
Puedes sufrir lesiones por ruidos fuertes. El uso de este equipo
puede requerir protección auditiva.
CARGA ESTÁTICA
El fluido puede desarrollar una carga estática que debe disiparse
mediante una adecuada conexión a tierra del equipo, los objetos
que se van a pulverizar y todos los demás objetos conductores de
electricidad de la zona de dispensación. Una conexión a tierra
inadecuada o la formación de chispas pueden provocar situaciones
de peligro y causar incendios, explosiones o descargas eléctricas y
otras lesiones graves.
LLEVAR MASCARILLA
�Los vapores tóxicos pueden causar lesiones graves o la muerte si
se inhalan. Utilizar una mascarilla respiratoria según recomiende
la Ficha de Datos de Seguridad del fabricante del fluido y del
disolvente.
FLUIDOS Y HUMOS TÓXICOS
�Los fluidos peligrosos o los vapores tóxicos pueden causar
lesiones graves o la muerte si salpican los ojos o la piel, se
inhalan, se inyectan o se ingieren. APRENDA y CONOZCA los
peligros específicos de los fluidos que está utilizando.

No utilice el equipo si se han retirado los dispositivos de

dispensando.

Para evitar el contacto con el fluido, tenga en cuenta lo siguiente:
• �No apunte nunca con la pistola/válvula a nadie ni a ninguna
parte del cuerpo.
• �No ponga nunca la mano o los dedos sobre la boquilla de
pulverización.
• �No intente nunca detener o desviar las fugas de fluido con la
mano, el cuerpo, un guante o un trapo.
• �Coloque siempre el protector de la boquilla en la pistola antes
de pulverizar.
• �Asegúrese siempre de que el seguro del gatillo de la pistola
funciona antes de pulverizar.

FINALIDAD DE LA MÁQUINA
La unidad está diseñada para la limpieza de pistolas
pulverizadoras neumáticas con disolventes a base de
diluyente o disolventes a base de agua.
Cualquier otro uso de la unidad está estrictamente
prohibido, como:
• Vaciado del exceso de pintura en la unidad
• Limpieza de elementos de carga eléctrica
• Recogida de residuos diversos
• Limpieza de materiales textiles
• Almacenamiento de artículos
• Limpieza de manos u otras partes del cuerpo
humano
• Limpieza de cualquier elemento para alimentos o
bebidas
INFORMACIÓN DE SEGURIDAD
Pueden surgir peligros por el uso inadecuado del Trisk |
DeVilbiss TruClean. También pueden surgir peligros por
la elección/manipulación inadecuada de los bidones o
del disolvente. Para mantener el alto nivel de seguridad
de la unidad, es importante seguir estas instrucciones.
• Este Manual del Usuario debe estar disponible y
en condiciones legibles cerca de la unidad. Todo
usuario debe saber dónde encontrar el Manual del
Usuario.
• Lea y asegúrese de haber comprendido
completamente toda la información de este
Manual.
• La unidad debe instalarse como se describe en las
instrucciones.
• La unidad debe utilizarse tal como se describe en las
instrucciones.
• El mantenimiento de la unidad debe realizarse como

• El personal que padezca problemas respiratorios o
alergias a los disolventes utilizados no debe utilizar la
máquina.
• Limpie inmediatamente los derrames. Los vapores
de los disolventes son más pesados que el aire y
pueden propagarse a gran distancia. También pueden
acumularse en fosas u otras zonas bajas.
• No fume, coma ni beba cerca del aparato.
• Siempre debe tenerse cerca un extintor cuando
se trabaje con disolventes inflamables. No utilice
agua.
• Las pistolas pulverizadoras o cualquier otro elemento
del equipo de pintura que se limpie en la unidad
deben ser adecuados para su limpieza en un área de
Zona 1 (ref. Categoría 2 según EN 13463-1/2001).
Si no está seguro, póngase en contacto con el
fabricante de la pistola.
• La unidad debe estar correctamente conectada a
tierra utilizando el cable de conexión a tierra adjunto.
Si se utilizan bidones de plástico, las aberturas
deben limpiarse con un paño húmedo, para evitar
la electricidad estática, antes de introducir o retirar
cualquier manguera u otro equipo.
Instrucciones de uso
Las instrucciones de uso deben formularse sobre la base
de este manual y traducirse al idioma que hablen los
empleados. Debe estar cerca de la máquina.
Para evitar confusiones, se debe informar a los
empleados sobre el disolvente que se está utilizando en
la máquina.
Lleve siempre el equipo de protección adecuado cuando
utilice la unidad. Llevar protección ocular, guantes de
protección y mascarilla protectora:
» Gafas químicas para proteger los ojos.
» Guantes resistentes a productos químicos para
evitar el contacto con la piel.
» Ropa resistente a productos químicos para
protegerse de derrames o salpicaduras.

• Los bidones no deben tener fugas.
• Los tambores deben ser de un material conductor.
• Compruebe la normativa local relativa al volumen
máximo permitido para mantener el disolvente en la
unidad.
Los bidones de disolvente no son suministrados por
Hedson Technologies, por lo que Hedson Technologies
no se hace responsable de los mismos. Siga
cuidadosamente las instrucciones del proveedor del
disolvente.
CUBETA COLECTORA
La unidad debe instalarse de forma que se evite que una
fuga accidental de disolvente se propague a un sistema
de agua de drenaje, representando así un peligro para el
medio ambiente. Para ello:
• instalar la unidad en un lugar donde el suelo y las
paredes puedan contener cualquier fuga accidental
del bidón, o
• equipar la unidad con una bandeja colectora
debajo de los bidones de disolvente que sea lo
suficientemente grande como para contener el
volumen de al menos un bidón con fugas.

COLOCACIÓN DE LA UNIDAD
EL TRISK | DEVILBISS TRUCLEAN es un equipo de
Categoría 2 (ref. directiva ATEX 2014/34/UE) y, por lo
tanto, puede colocarse en lugares clasificados como
Zona 1 (ref. directiva ATEX 1999/92 CE).
Las unidades TruClean Combo están marcadas:

Si el Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean se instala en lugares
clasificados como Zona 2 o en lugares no clasificados,
lo siguiente es válido siempre que la ventilación de la

DISOLVENTES PERMITIDOS
¡Atención!
• Nunca utilice ningún disolvente que carezca de
ficha de datos de seguridad. Lea atentamente
la ficha de datos de seguridad y siga todas
las instrucciones y procedimientos. Si
necesita más información sobre el disolvente,
póngase en contacto con su proveedor de
disolventes.
• Nunca añada otros productos químicos al
disolvente.
La unidad puede utilizarse con disolventes y mezclas
de disolventes destinados a la limpieza con pistola
pulverizadora, como acetona, tolueno, isobutanol, xileno
que figuran en la lista del Grupo IIA según la norma IEC
79-20 (EN 60079-20).
La unidad también puede utilizarse con agua o
disolventes de base acuosa.
Todos los disolventes deben tener un pH comprendido
entre 4 y 10. No mezclar disolventes de base acuosa con
disolventes de base diluyente.
Es importante que todos los usuarios estén informados
en todo momento de qué disolvente se está utilizando.
No utilice nunca disolventes que no vengan
acompañados de una ficha de datos de seguridad.
Lea atentamente la ficha de datos de seguridad y siga
todas las instrucciones y procedimientos que en ella se
indican. Si no está seguro, o si necesita más información
sobre el disolvente, póngase en contacto con su
proveedor de disolventes.
No añada otros productos químicos al disolvente,
incluidos, entre otros, queroseno, gasolina, detergentes,
fuel o disolventes clorados.
BIDONES DE DISOLVENTE PERMITIDOS
El Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean se puede utilizar con
diferentes tipos de bidones, pero deben cumplir lo
siguiente:

Dentro de las áreas clasificadas, todos los equipos, como
los eléctricos, deben estar homologados para las Zonas
descritas.

Ventilación
Hay dos opciones diferentes para la ventilación de la
unidad:
A) Llevar el tubo de escape al exterior.
B) Llevar el conducto metálico a una campana que esté
en
a su vez conectado a un sistema de ventilación adecua-
do
aprobado para la Zona 1. Esta campana debe tener un
diseño abierto para evitar la extracción constante.
Los conductos metálicos no deben superar los 15
metros de longitud y deben conectarse de forma que se
garantice la conexión a tierra.

El aire comprimido debe estar limpio y seco según la
norma ISO 8573-1, clase 3.4.3 o superior. Cualquier
contaminación en el aire comprimido invalidará cualquier
reclamación de garantía.
Si no se conduce primero a través de un colector
de agua y un filtro, puede causar daños en los
componentes neumáticos de la unidad, lo que invalidará
cualquier reclamación de garantía.
Conexión a tierra de la unidad
¡Atención!
• La unidad debe estar correctamente conectada
a tierra para evitar descargas electrostáti-
cas.
Conecte a tierra la unidad correctamente utilizando el
cable de conexión a tierra amarillo-verde. Conecte el
cable de puesta a tierra a un circuito de tierra adecuado
de acuerdo con la normativa local.

La pistola de aire se utiliza para secar la pistola después
del procedimiento de limpieza. El conducto de aire
puede colocarse a ambos lados de la máquina unido con
su imán.
Manguera de aire (accesorio opcional)
La manguera de aire se conecta a la entrada de aire de
la pistola pulverizadora y se utiliza para secar el paso de
aire después del procedimiento de limpieza externa.

PREPARADOS DE USO - DISOLVENTE

Se necesitan dos bidones, uno vacío y otro lleno de
disolvente.

1. Prepare los bidones de disolvente.
Vierta la mitad del disolvente del bidón lleno en el vacío.
2. Seleccione los tapones que mejor se adapten a la
abertura de los bidones.

¡Atención! Asegúrese de que todas las mangueras
están bien introducidas en el bidón hasta el fondo y que
la abertura está bien sellada por el tapón cónico.
3. Coloca los dos bidones en el armario del lado
derecho.
El tambor de la izquierda contendrá el disolvente limpio.
Conecte a él el enchufe adaptador con la manguera
única.
4. Conecte el enchufe adaptador con las dos
mangueras al tambor de la derecha. Este bidón
contendrá el disolvente recirculante.
El sistema de disolvente ya está lleno. Ambos bidones
deben estar medio llenos. Cuando se realiza el aclarado
manual, el contenido del tambor izquierdo se agota
gradualmente y se transfiere al tambor derecho.
PREPARADOS PARA EL USO - AGUA

Se necesitan dos bidones, uno vacío y otro lleno de
agua.

1. Prepara los bidones de agua.
2. Seleccione los tapones que mejor se adapten a la
abertura de los bidones.
¡Atención! Asegúrese de que todas las mangueras
están bien introducidas en el bidón hasta el fondo y que
la abertura está bien sellada por el tapón cónico.
3. Coloca los dos bidones en el armario del lado
izquierdo.
El bidón de la izquierda contendrá el agua limpia.
Conecte a él el enchufe adaptador con la manguera
única.
4. Conecte el enchufe adaptador con las dos
mangueras al tambor de la derecha. Este bidón
contendrá el agua de recirculación.
El sistema de agua ya está lleno. Ambos bidones deben
estar medio llenos. Cuando se realiza el aclarado
manual, el contenido del tambor izquierdo se agota
gradualmente y se transfiere al tambor derecho.

1. Vacíe los restos de pintura de la pistola en un recipi-
ente aparte.

Se recomienda desmontar la pistola y colocar las piezas
en el compartimento de lavado para obtener los mejores
resultados de limpieza.
3. Prepare la línea de aire. Se utiliza en el ciclo de

Se suministra un juego de tapones cónicos. Seleccione

Por último, es posible soplar la pistola. Conecte la pistola
pulverizadora al conducto de aire (opcional) y expúlsela
a través del embudo situado bajo la tapa.
Utilizando este embudo, evitará que los humos se
propaguen dentro del local.
Cierre la tapa después de la limpieza.

aire impide la entrada de disolvente en los canales
de aire de la pistola durante el lavado.

prelavado automático pulsando el botón . La
pistola se limpiará automáticamente durante
aproximadamente 1 minuto con disolvente
circulante.

Una vez finalizada la limpieza, se puede abrir la tapa y
extraer la pistola.
Aclarado manual
En caso necesario, la pistola puede enjuagarse
manualmente con disolvente limpio.
Al pisar el pedal, saldrá un chorro de disolvente limpio
por la boquilla situada debajo de la tapa.

1. Asegúrese de que la válvula de palanca está en la po-
sición correcta antes de pisar el pedal situado debajo del
compartimento de lavado manual. El agua se introducirá
a través de la boquilla de aclarado limpio o a través del
cepillo.
2. Limpie la pistola pulverizadora con el cepillo.
3.Aclare el exterior de la pistola bajo la boquilla de acla-
rado limpio.
4.Seque la pistola de pulverización con la pistola de aire
(accesorio opcional).
El cepillo y la boquilla de aclarado limpio pueden
utilizarse independientemente de la lavadora automática.
FLOCCULACIÓN
La floculación del agua recirculada se realiza
manualmente. Para el procedimiento se necesita un Kit
de Floculación GCC (accesorio opcional).
1. Prepare el portafiltros colocando el filtro fino en el
grueso. A continuación, cuelgue los filtros sobre el
portafiltros.
2. Vierta el agua recirculada que contiene residuos de
pintura en una de las dos cajas de filtrado.
3. Añadir el polvo de floculación al agua y remover.
Siga las instrucciones del fabricante del polvo.
Cuando los restos de pintura hayan caído al fondo
de la caja y el agua esté clara, el proceso de
separación habrá terminado.
4. Vierta el agua en los filtros para eliminar la
pintura del agua.
5. Deja que se filtre el agua.
6. Retire el filtro interior que contiene los restos de
pintura.
7. Vierta el agua filtrada de nuevo en un bidón para
reutilización.

CHARGE STATIQUE
Le produit peut développer une charge statique qui doit être
dissipée par une mise à la terre correcte de l'équipement, des
objets à pulvériser et de tous les autres objets conducteurs
d'électricité dans la zone de dépose. Une mise à la terre
incorrecte ou la formation d'étincelles peut provoquer des

ALERTE MEDICALE
Toute blessure causée par un liquide sous haute pression peut
être grave. Si vous êtes blessé ou si vous soupçonnez une
blessure :
• �Se rendre immédiatement aux urgences.
• �Informez le médecin si vous pensez qu'il s'agit d'une blessure
par injection.
• �Montrez au médecin ces informations médicales ou la carte
d'alerte médicale fournie avec votre équipement de
pulvérisation sans air.
• �Indiquez au médecin le type de liquide que vous avez
pulvérisé ou distribué.
OBTENIR DES SOINS MÉDICAUX IMMÉDIATS
Afin d'éviter tout contact avec le liquide, veuillez respecter les
consignes suivantes :
• �Ne jamais pointer le pistolet/la vanne vers quelqu'un ou une
partie du corps.
• �Ne jamais mettre la main ou les doigts sur la buse de
pulvérisation.
• �N'essayez jamais d'arrêter ou de dévier les fuites de liquide
avec votre main, votre corps, un gant ou un chiffon.
• �Il faut toujours placer le protège-embout sur le pistolet avant
de procéder à la pulvérisation.
• �Assurez-vous toujours que la sécurité de la gâchette du
pistolet est activée avant de procéder à la pulvérisation.

OBJECTIF DE LA MACHINE
L'appareil est destiné au nettoyage des pistolets à air
comprimé à l'aide de solvants à base de diluants ou de
solvants à base d'eau.
Toute autre utilisation de l'appareil est strictement
interdite, comme :
• Vider l'excédent de peinture dans l'appareil
• Nettoyage des objets électriques rechargeables
• Collecte de déchets divers
• Nettoyage des matériaux textiles
• Stockage des articles
• Nettoyage des mains ou d'autres parties du corps
humain
• Nettoyage de tous les articles destinés à la nourriture
ou aux boissons
INFORMATIONS SUR LA SÉCURITÉ
L'utilisation incorrecte du Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean peut
présenter des risques. Des risques peuvent également
résulter d'un choix ou d'une manipulation inappropriés
des fûts ou des solvants. Afin de maintenir le haut
niveau de sécurité de l'appareil, il est important que ces
instructions soient respectées.
• Ce manuel d'utilisation doit être disponible et lisible à
proximité de l'appareil. Chaque utilisateur doit savoir
où trouver le manuel de l'utilisateur.
• Lisez et assurez-vous d'avoir bien compris toutes les
informations contenues dans ce manuel.
• L'appareil doit être installé comme décrit dans les
instructions.
• L'appareil doit être utilisé conformément aux
instructions.
• L'appareil doit être entretenu conformément aux
instructions.
• Seules des pièces de rechange d'origine peuvent être
utilisées.
• Ne pas modifier ou altérer de quelque manière que
ce soit l'appareil.
• Ne faites pas fonctionner l'appareil s'il n'est pas
correctement ventilé. Ne pas faire fonctionner
l'appareil si l'extraction des vapeurs est
insuffisante.
• Éviter le contact avec les liquides et les vapeurs.
Se référer à la fiche de données de sécurité des
solvants.
• Le personnel souffrant de problèmes respiratoires ou
d'allergies aux solvants utilisés ne doit pas utiliser la
machine.
• Nettoyer immédiatement les déversements. Les
vapeurs de solvants sont plus lourdes que l'air
et peuvent se propager très loin. Elles peuvent
également s'accumuler dans des fosses ou d'autres
zones basses.
• Ne pas fumer, manger ou boire à proximité de
l'appareil.
• Un extincteur doit toujours se trouver à proximité
lorsque l'on travaille avec des solvants inflammables.
Ne pas utiliser d'eau.
• Les pistolets à peinture ou tout autre équipement
de peinture nettoyé dans l'unité doivent pouvoir être
nettoyés dans une zone 1 (réf. Catégorie 2 selon EN
13463-1/2001). En cas de doute, veuillez contacter le
fabricant du pistolet de pulvérisation.
• L'appareil doit être correctement mis à la terre à
l'aide du câble de mise à la terre fourni. Si des fûts
en plastique sont utilisés, les ouvertures doivent
être essuyées avec un chiffon humide, afin d'éviter
l'électricité statique, avant d'insérer ou d'enlever des
tuyaux ou d'autres équipements.
En ce qui concerne les instructions d'utilisation
Les instructions d'utilisation doivent être formulées sur la
base de ce manuel et traduites dans la langue parlée par
les employés. Il doit être proche de la machine.
Pour éviter toute confusion, les employés doivent être
informés du solvant utilisé dans la machine.
Portez toujours l'équipement de protection approprié
lorsque vous utilisez l'appareil. Porter une protection
oculaire, des gants de protection et un masque de
protection :
» Des lunettes de protection contre les produits
chimiques pour protéger vos yeux.
» Gants résistants aux produits chimiques pour éviter
tout contact avec la peau.
» Vêtements résistants aux produits chimiques
pour se protéger contre les déversements ou les
éclaboussures.

• Les fûts doivent être étanches.
• Les tambours doivent être faits d'un matériau
conducteur.
• Vérifier les réglementations locales concernant le
volume maximum autorisé pour conserver le solvant
dans l'appareil.
Les fûts de solvant ne sont pas fournis par Hedson
Technologies, qui n'assume donc aucune responsabilité
à cet égard. Suivre attentivement les instructions du
fournisseur de solvant.
BAC COLLECTEUR
L'appareil doit être installé de manière à éviter qu'une
fuite accidentelle de solvant ne se répande dans un
système d'évacuation des eaux, ce qui représenterait un
danger pour l'environnement. Cela peut se faire de la
manière suivante :
• l'installation de l'appareil dans un endroit où le sol et
les murs peuvent retenir toute fuite accidentelle du
fût, ou
• équiper l'unité d'un bac collecteur situé sous les fûts
de solvants et suffisamment grand pour contenir le
volume d'au moins un fût qui fuit.

MISE EN PLACE DE L'APPAREIL
LE TRISK | DEVILBISS TRUCLEAN est un équipement
de catégorie 2 (réf. ATEX-directive 2014/34/EU) et peut
donc être placé dans des endroits classés Zone 1 (réf.
ATEX-directive 1999/92 EC).
Les unités TruClean Combo sont marquées :

Si le Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean est installé dans des
lieux classés Zone 2 ou dans des lieux non classés, les
dispositions suivantes sont valables à condition que la
ventilation de l'appareil soit installée comme décrit plus
loin dans ce manuel :
L'espace situé à moins de 1 m du Trisk | DeVilbiss
TruClean doit être classé en zone 2, et l'intérieur de la
gaine en zone 1.
SOLVANTS AUTORISÉS
Attention !
• Ne jamais utiliser un solvant qui n'est pas
accompagné d'une fiche de données de
sécurité. Lire attentivement la fiche de
données de sécurité et suivre toutes les
instructions et procédures. Si vous avez besoin
de plus d'informations sur le solvant, veuillez
contacter votre fournisseur de solvant.
• Ne jamais ajouter d'autres produits chimiques
au solvant.
L'appareil peut être utilisé avec des solvants et des
mélanges de solvants destinés au nettoyage au pistolet,
tels que l'acétone, le toluène, l'isobutanol et le xylène,
qui sont répertoriés dans le groupe IIA selon la norme
IEC 79-20 (EN 60079-20).
L'appareil peut également être utilisé avec de l'eau ou
des solvants à base d'eau.
Tous les solvants doivent avoir un pH compris entre 4 et
10. Ne pas mélanger des solvants à base d'eau avec des
solvants à base de diluants.
Il est important que tous les utilisateurs soient informés
du solvant utilisé, à tout moment.
N'utilisez jamais un solvant s'il n'est pas accompagné
d'une fiche de données de sécurité (FDS).
Lire attentivement la fiche de données de sécurité et
suivre toutes les instructions et procédures qu'elle
contient. En cas de doute ou si vous avez besoin de plus
d'informations concernant le solvant, veuillez contacter
votre fournisseur de solvant.
Ne pas ajouter d'autres produits chimiques au solvant, y
compris, mais sans s'y limiter, du kérosène, de l'essence,
des détergents, du mazout ou des solvants chlorés.
FÛTS DE SOLVANTS AUTORISÉS
Le Trisk et le DeVilbiss TruClean peuvent être utilisés
avec différents types de tambours, mais ils doivent être
conformes à ce qui suit :

Dans les zones classées, tous les équipements tels que
les appareils électriques doivent être approuvés pour les
zones décrites.
Attention !
Les équipements générant des flammes nues ou
des étincelles (tels que les équipements de sou-
dage ou de meulage) ne doivent pas être utilisés
dans cette zone.
Attention !
Il est interdit deinterdit de fumer.
En cas de doute, veuillez contacter les autorités locales
chargées de la lutte contre les incendies pour obtenir des
conseils.
Ventilation
Il existe deux options différentes pour la ventilation de
l'appareil :
A) Diriger les gaz d'échappement vers l'extérieur.
B) Conduire la gaine métallique dans une hotte qui se
trouve à l'intérieur de l'appareil
tourner relié à un système de ventilation adéquat
approuvée pour la zone 1. Cette hotte devrait avoir un
conception ouverte pour éviter une extraction constante.
Les conduits métalliques ne doivent pas dépasser 15
mètres de long et doivent être raccordés de manière à
assurer la mise à la terre.

L'air doit être raccordé à l'intérieur de l'unité.

L'air comprimé doit être propre et sec, conformément
à la norme ISO 8573-1, classe 3.4.3 ou mieux. Toute
pollution de l'air comprimé annule les droits à la
garantie.
S'il n'est pas d'abord passé par un piège à eau et un
filtre, il peut endommager les composants pneumatiques
de l'appareil, ce qui annulera toute réclamation au titre
de la garantie.
Mise à la terre de l'appareil
Attention !
• L'appareil doit être correctement mis à la terre
pour éviter les décharges électrostatiques.
Mettez l'appareil à la terre correctement à l'aide du câble
de mise à la terre jaune-vert. Connecter le câble de
mise à la terre à un circuit de mise à la terre approprié
conformément aux réglementations locales.
PRÉPARATIONS POUR L'UTILISATION
Plaque frontale
Pour retirer la plaque frontale avant l'entretien,
soulevez-la et tirez-la pour la décrocher complètement.

Pistolet à air comprimé (accessoire en
option)
Le pistolet à air comprimé est utilisé pour sécher
le pistolet de pulvérisation après la procédure de
nettoyage. La conduite d'air peut être placée d'un côté
ou de l'autre de la machine, attachée à son aimant.
Tuyau d'air (accessoire en option)
Le tuyau d'air est connecté à l'entrée d'air du pistolet de
pulvérisation et est utilisé pour sécher le passage d'air

Solvant tambours
Deux fûts sont nécessaires, l'un vide et l'autre rempli de
solvant.
Les deux tambours
• doivent avoir la même taille.
• doivent s'insérer dans TruClean.
• doit satisfaire aux exigences décrites au chapitre
DRUMS SOLVANTS PERMIS.
• doivent être propres à l'intérieur et ne doivent pas
contenir de solides ou d'autres objets susceptibles
d'être aspirés par les pompes lorsqu'elles
fonctionnent.
1. Préparer les fûts de solvant.
Verser la moitié du solvant du fût plein dans le fût vide.
2. Sélectionnez les bouchons qui s'adaptent le mieux à
l'ouverture des fûts.

Remarque ! Veillez à ce que tous les tuyaux soient
correctement introduits dans le fût jusqu'au fond et que
l'ouverture soit bien obturée par le bouchon conique.
3. Placez les deux tambours dans l'armoire sur le côté
droit.
Le tambour de gauche contient le solvant propre.
Branchez la fiche de l'adaptateur avec le tuyau simple.
4. Branchez la fiche de l'adaptateur avec les deux
tuyaux sur le tambour à droite. Ce tambour
contiendra le solvant de recirculation.
Le système de solvants est maintenant rempli. Les
deux tambours doivent être à moitié pleins. Lors du
rinçage manuel, le contenu du tambour gauche est
progressivement épuisé et transféré dans le tambour
droit.

1. Vider le pistolet de tout résidu de peinture dans un
récipient séparé.
2. Placez le gobelet et le couvercle dans le
compartiment de lavage.
Il est recommandé de démonter le pistolet et de placer
les pièces dans le compartiment de lavage pour obtenir
les meilleurs résultats de nettoyage.
3. Préparer la conduite d'air. Il est utilisé dans le cycle
de lavage automatique.
Un jeu de bouchons coniques est fourni. Sélectionnez le
bouchon qui convient le mieux à l'entrée d'air du pistolet
de pulvérisation et montez-le sur la conduite d'air.

Enfin, il est possible de souffler le pistolet. Raccorder le
pistolet à la conduite d'air (facultatif) et souffler dans
l'entonnoir situé sous le couvercle.
En utilisant cet entonnoir, vous évitez que les fumées ne
se répandent dans les locaux.
Fermez le couvercle après le nettoyage.

Le laveur manuel est équipé d'un robinet à levier à deux
positions.

5. Raccorder la conduite d'air au pistolet. La conduite
d'air empêche le solvant de pénétrer dans les
canaux d'air du pistolet pendant le lavage.
6. Placer le pistolet sur le cône.
7. Fermez le couvercle et lancez le cycle de prélavage
automatique en appuyant sur le bouton en appuyant
sur la touche . Le pistolet de pulvérisation est
maintenant automatiquement nettoyé pendant
environ 1 minute avec un solvant en circulation.
Cycle de nettoyage automatique ≈1minute.
Lorsque la procédure de nettoyage est terminée, le
couvercle peut être ouvert et le pistolet retiré.
Rinçage manuel
Le pistolet peut être rincé manuellement avec un solvant
propre si nécessaire.
En appuyant sur la pédale, un jet de solvant propre est
projeté par la buse située sous le couvercle.

1. Assurez-vous que le robinet à levier est dans la bonne
position avant d'appuyer sur la pédale située sous le
compartiment de lavage manuel. L'eau est acheminée
soit par la buse de rinçage propre, soit par la brosse.
2. Nettoyer le pistolet de pulvérisation avec la brosse.
3.Rincer l'extérieur du pistolet sous la buse de rinçage
propre.
4.Sécher le pistolet à l'aide du pistolet à air (accessoire
en option).
La brosse et la buse de rinçage peuvent être utilisées
indépendamment du laveur automatique.
FLOCCULATION
La floculation de l'eau recyclée est effectuée
manuellement. Un kit de floculation GCC (accessoire
optionnel) est nécessaire pour la procédure.
1. Préparez le porte-filtre en plaçant le filtre fin dans le
filtre plus épais. Accrochez ensuite les filtres sur le
porte-filtre.
2. Verser l'eau recyclée contenant les résidus de
peinture dans l'une des deux boîtes de filtrage.
3. Ajouter la poudre de floculation à l'eau et mélanger.
Suivez les instructions du fabricant de la poudre.
Lorsque les résidus de peinture sont tombés au fond
de la boîte et que l'eau est claire, le processus de
séparation est terminé.
4. Versez l'eau dans les filtres pour éliminer les
peinture de l'eau.
5. Laisser l'eau s'infiltrer.
6. Retirez le filtre intérieur qui contient les résidus de
peinture.
7. Verser l'eau filtrée dans un fût pour la réutiliser
réutilisation.

PRESSURE RELIEF PROCEDURE
Always follow the pressure relief procedure in the equipment
instruction manual.
NOISE HAZARD
You may be injured by loud noise. Hearing protection may be
required when using this equipment.
STATIC CHARGE
Fluid may develop a static charge that must be dissipated through
proper grounding of the equipment, objects to be sprayed and all
other electrically conductive objects in the dispensing area. Improper
grounding or sparks can cause a hazardous condition and result in
fire, explosion or electric shock and other serious injury.
WEAR RESPIRATOR
�Toxic fumes can cause serious injury or death if inhaled.
Wear a respirator as recommended by the fluid and solvent
manufacturer’s Safety Data Sheet.
TOXIC FLUID & FUMES
�Hazardous fluid or toxic fumes can cause serious injury or death if
splashed in the eyes or on the skin, inhaled, injected or
swallowed. LEARN and KNOW the specific hazards or the fluids
you are using.
KEEP EQUIPMENT GUARDS IN PLACE
Do not operate the equipment if the safety devices have been
removed.
! WARNING
AUTOMATIC EQUIPMENT
Automatic equipment may start suddenly without warning.
FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARD
Improper equipment grounding, poor ventilation, open flame or
sparks can cause a hazardous condition and result in fire or
explosion and serious injury.

Any injury caused by high pressure liquid can be serious. If you
are injured or even suspect an injury:

• �Tell the doctor you suspect an injection injury.

card provided with your airless spray equipment.
• �Tell the doctor what kind of fluid you were spraying or
dispensing.
GET IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION
To prevent contact with the fluid, please note the following:
• �Never point the gun/valve at anyone or any part of the body.
• �Never put hand or fingers over the spray tip.
• �Never attempt to stop or deflect fluid leaks with your hand,
body, glove or rag.
• �Always have the tip guard on the spray gun before spraying.
• �Always ensure that the gun trigger safety operates before
spraying.

PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE
The unit is intended for cleaning of air-driven spray-
guns using either thinner-based solvents or water-based
solvents.
Any other use of the unit is strictly forbidden, like:
• Emptying excess paint into the unit
• Cleaning of electric chargeable items
• Collecting of various waste
• Cleaning of textile materials
• Storing of items
• Cleaning of hands or other parts of the human
body
• Cleaning of any items for food or drinks
SAFETY INFORMATION
Hazards may arise from improper use of the Trisk
| DeVilbiss TruClean. Hazards may also arise from
improper choice/handling of drums or solvent. In order
to maintain the high safety standard of the unit, it is
important that these instructions are followed.
• This User Manual must be available and in legible
condition in close proximity to the unit. Every user
shall know where to find the User’s Manual.
• Read and make sure you fully understood all
information in this Manual.
• The unit should be installed as described in the
instructions.
• The unit should be used as described in the
instructions.
• The unit should be maintained as described in the
instructions.
• Only original spare parts may be used.
• Do not modify or in any way alter the unit.
• Do not operate the unit unless it is properly vented.
Do not operate the unit if the extraction of vapors is
insufficient.
• Avoid contact with liquid and vapor. Refer to the
solvents’ MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet).
• Personnel suffering from respiratory problems or
allergies to solvents used, must not operate the
machine.
• Clean up spills immediately. Solvent vapours are
heavier than air and can spread a long way. They
may also collect in pits or other low areas.
• Do not smoke, eat or drink while close to the unit.
• A fire extinguisher must always be kept nearby
when working with flammable solvents. Do not use
water.
• Spray guns or any other paint equipment items
cleaned in the unit must be suitable for cleaning in a
Zone 1 area (ref. Category 2 according to EN 13463-
1/2001). If unsure, please contact the spray gun
manufacturer.
• The unit must be properly grounded using the
attached grounding cable. If plastic drums are used,
the openings should be wiped off with a damp cloth,

Regarding operating instructions
Operating instructions should be formulated on the basis
of this manual and translated into the language spoken
by the employees. It should be close to the machine.
To avoid confusion, the employees must be informed
about thesolvent currently being used in the machine.
Always wear the correct protective gear when operating
the unit. Wear eye protetion, protective gloves, and a
protective mask:
» Chemical goggles to protect your eyes.
» Chemical-resistant gloves to prevent skin contact.
» Chemical-resistant clothing to protect against spills
or splash.

Solvent drums are not provided by Hedson Technologies,
thus Hedson Technologies does not take any
responsibility for the drums. Follow the solvent supplier’s
instructions carefully.
COLLECTING TRAY
The unit must be installed in such a way as to prevent
accidental leakage of solvent from spreading into a
drain water system, thus representing a hazard to the
environment. This can be done by:
• installing the unit in a location where floor and walls
can hold any accidental drum leakage, or
• equipping the unit with a collecting tray beneath
the solvent drums that is large enough to hold the
volume of at least one leaking drum.

PLACING THE UNIT
THE TRISK | DEVILBISS TRUCLEAN is equipment
Category 2 (ref. ATEX-directive 2014/34/EU) and may
therefore be placed in locations classified as Zone 1 (ref.
ATEX-directive 1999/92 EC).
TruClean Combo units are marked:

If the Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean is installed in locations
classified as Zone2 or in unclassified locations, the
following is valid provided that the ventilation of the unit
is installed as described further down in this manual:
The space within 1 m of the Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean is
to be classified as Zone 2, and the inside of the ducting
as Zone 1.
PERMITTED SOLVENTS
Warning!
• Never use any solvent lacking an MSDS
(Material Safety Data Sheet). Read the MSDS
carefully and follow all instructions and
procedures.
If you need more information about
the solvent, please contact your solvent
supplier.
• Never add other chemicals to the solvent.
The unit can be used with solvents and solvent mixtures
intended for spray-gun cleaning, such as acetone,
toluene, isobutanol, xylene that are listed as Group IIA
according to IEC79-20 (EN 60079-20).
The unit can also be used with water or water based
solvents.
All solvents must have a pH value between 4 and 10.
Do not mix water-based solvents with thinner-based
solvents.
Itis important that all users are informed of what
solvent is being used, at all time.
Never use any solvent if it is not provided with an MSDS
(Material Safety Data Sheet).
Read the MSDS carefully, and follow all the instructions
and procedures provided in the MSDS. If unsure, or
if more information is needed concerning the solvent,
please contact your solvent supplier.
Do not add other chemicals to the solvent including, but
not limited to, kerosene, gasoline, detergents, fuel oil or
chlorinated solvents.
PERMITTED SOLVENT DRUMS
The Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean can be used with
different types of drums, but they must comply with the
following:
• The drums must fit into the unit.
• The drums must be leak-free.
• The drums must be made of a conductive
material.

Within the classified areas, all equipment such as
electrical items must be approved for the Zones
described.

Equipment that generates naked flames or sparks
(such as welding or grinding equipment) may not
be used in this area.

Ventilation
There are two different options for the unit’s ventilation:
A) Lead the exhaust outdoors.
B) Lead the metal ducting into a hood that is in
turn connected to a suitable ventilation system
approved for Zone 1. This hood should have an
open design to avoid constant extraction.
The metal ducting may not be longer than 15 metres,
and must be connected in such a way as to ensure
grounding.

The compressed air must be clean and dry according to
ISO 8573-1, Class 3.4.3 or better. Any pollutions in the
compressed air will invalidate any warranty claims.
If it is not first led through a water trap and filter, it may
cause damage to the pneumatic components of the unit,
which will invalidate any warranty claims.
Grounding the unit
Warning!
• The unit must be properly grounded to avoid
electrostatic discharge.
Ground the unit properly using the yellow-green
grounding cable. Connect the grounding cable to a
proper ground circuit according to local regulations.

Air gun (Optional accessory)
The air gun is used to dry the spray gun after the
cleaning procedure. The air line can be placed on either
side of the machine attached with its magnet.
Air hose (Optional accessory)
The air hose is connected to the air inlet of the spray
gun and is used to dry the air passage after the external
cleaning procedure.

PREPARATIONS FOR USE - SOLVENT
Solvent drums
Two drums are needed, one that is empty, and one that
is full of solvent.
Both drums
• must be the same size.
• have to fit inside TruClean.
• must meet the requirements described under chapter

• must be clean on the inside and they must not
contain any solids or other objects that could be
sucked into the pumps when running.
1. Prepare the solvent drums.
Pour half of the solvent from the full drum to the empty
one.
2. Select the plugs that fit best into the opening of the
drums.

Note! Make sure that all hoses are properly led into
the drum all the way down to the bottom, and that the
opening is well sealed by the tapered plug.
3. Place the two drums in the cabinet on the right
side.
The drum to the left will contain the clean solvent.
Connect the adapter plug with the single hose to it.
4. Connect the adapter plug with the two hoses to
the drum to the right. This drum will contain the
recirculating solvent.
The solvent system is now filled-up. Both drums
should be half full. When manual rinsing is done, the
contents of the left drum will gradually be used up and
transferred to the right drum.
PREPARATIONS FOR USE - WATER
Water drums

1. Empty the spray-gun of any residual paint into a
separate spills-dish.
2. Place the cup and lid onto the wash compartment.
It is recommended that the spray-gun is dismantled and
the parts placed in the washing compartment for best
cleaning results.
3. Prepare air line. It is used in the automatic wash
cycle.
A set of conical plugs are provided. Select the plug that
best fit the spray-gun's air inlet, and mount it on the air
line.

Finally, it is possible to blow out the spray-gun. Connect
the spray-gun to the air line (optional), and blow out the
spray-gun through the funnel under the lid.
By using this funnel, you prevent the fumes from
spreading within the premises.
Close the lid after cleaning.

The manual washer is equipped with a lever valve that
has two positions.

5. Connect the air line to the gun. The air line prevents
solvent from entering the spray-gun’s air channels
during washing.
6. Place gun on cone.
7. Close the lid, and start the automatic pre-wash cycle
by pressing the button. The spray-gun will now be
automatically cleaned for approximately 1 minute
with circulating solvent.
Automatic cleaning cycle ≈1 minute.
When the cleaning procedure is completed, the lid can
be opened and the spray-gun taken out.
Manual rinsing
The spray-gun can be manually rinsed with clean solvent
if required.
Stepping on the pedal will spray a jet of clean solvent
from the nozzle under the lid.

1. Make sure that the lever valve is in correct position
before pressing the pedal beneath the manual wash
compartment. Water will be fed through either the clean
rinse nozzle or through the brush.
2. Clean the spray gun with the brush.
3.Rinse the outside of the spray gun under the clean
rinse nozzle.
4.Blow the spray gun dry with the air gun (optional
accessory).
The brush and clean rinse nozzle can be used
independently of the automatic washer.
FLOCCULATION
The flocculation of recirculated water is made manually.
A Flocculation Kit GCC (optional accessory) is needed for
the procedure.
1. Prepare the filter holder by putting the thin filter into
the thicker one. Then hang the filters over the filter
holder.
2. Pour out the recirculated water containing paint
residues into one of the two filtrate boxes.
3. Add flocculation powder to the water and stir.
Follow the instructions from the manufacturer of
the powder.When the paint residues have fallen to
the bottom of the box and the water is clear, the
separation process is done.
4. Pour the water into the filters to remove the
paint from the water.
5. Let the water seep through.
6. Remove the inner filter that contains the
paint residues.
7. Pour the filtered water back into a drum for reuse.
