COLOR CHANGE SYSTEM
The MCV2 Color Change System is designed to meet today's rapidly changing world
of Automotive, Tier 1 and Industrial coatings, with a practical valving and hose hook up
assembly that is suitable for a variety of applications. New insert-and-seal feature
combined with modular design provides quick and easy color change no matter what
the application.
The MCV2's durable construction makes this unit compatible with many of today's
coatings, including waterborne high solids and catalyzed materials. It's modular design
allows for the changing needs of fluid supply systems, with the ability to expand as the
needs of a system change.
In addition, the valve was designed for the rigorous cycling associated with applicator
triggering, making this a very robust color stack.

Apply Any Color Under The Sun
• No additional fittings are required at the connection point
with new insert-and-seal design. The new design
eliminates the cost of the fitting and the labor to install.
• Piston Flag gives a visual indication when valve is
triggered and, in areas where the view is obstructed,
the flag can be physically felt.
• Up to 32 colors can be used, allowing for a variety
of quick and easy color changes.
• Internal porting of the valve block yields low shear
on the coating material, reducing the likelihood
of the color shifts that can occur from damage to
metallic flake.
• Weep hole provides a visual indication of fluid
seal failure.
• Lightweight plastic design is durable, corrosion resistant
and built to last under rigorous and continuous use.
• Two o-ring seals between each block eliminate
paint trap cavities.
• Internally ported stack purge/bell wash module
eliminating additional solvent/air connections.
• Available with a Dual-Purge MCV2 module for use with
true Dual-Purge applicators. This allows cleaning of one line
while spraying from another line at the same time.
