3.2 Additional tools
There are two tools avialble to dismount and mount the needle packings; a mounting tool for the needle packings (1)
part no. 6004 0154 10 and a pick-up tool (2) for dismounting the packing sets, part no. 6004 0154 11.

Dismount
Push the pick-up tool gently down the material channel.
(Pict. 1)
Then hook up the packing and the needle guide as the
tool is pulled back.
(Pict. 2)
The needle packings in the cylinder block is removed in
the same manner.
Mounting
The first step is to insert the lower needle packings
(UHMW-packings).
The seals are inserted using the special packing mounting
tool. When inserting the packings it’s important to notice
that the open side of the pacings are facing the nozzle
head. Then use the pick-up tool to push them in place.
