The following instruction is reflecting normal running conditions with PVC
material.
1. Changed at every service / 3 months running
All parts changed at every service are included in
intermediate service kit 6004036720
• All parts marked yellow
2. Regular interval service items / 6-12 months running
• All parts marked blue
3. All parts that are reused needs to be thoroughly cleaned and visually
inspected for damage and excessive wear.
• All parts, unmarked or blue

Note:
• The frequency for preventive maintenance has to be evaluated for each case of
application. The material abrasiveness, application parameters (flow/pressure), number
of shifts, and quality of robot installation (hose guiding etc.) are factors that affect the
service interval.
• A proper maintenance area with cleaning equipment is required.
• Your specific applicator may not include all shown parts or have different part numbers.
ALWAYS refer to the specific spare parts listing supplied with every unit.
• Follow instructions in the operators manual.
• Use correct tools. Tool kit part number 6004 0154 05.
