Visco Star Series

Economical processing of high viscosity and one-component polyurethane

The Visco Star series was specially developed for the economical processing of fast, one-component assembly adhesives based on polyurethane with accelerators. The focus is particularly on user-friendliness and high performance.

Despite a high and variable performance, the machine impresses with a remarkably low energy requirement. Optionally, the machine can be integrated into automated production lines. With ever shorter production processes in the vehicle manufacturing sector, fast-curing adhesives are becoming increasingly important.

Overview

Visco Star 200 plus mixes 1-3% humidity with the base component with the support of an accelerator paste. The result is a significantly shorter cycle time. The accelerator is fed from foil bags, cartridges or 20 L hobbocks, depending on the machine design.
