The Binks range of Stainless Steel pressure feed tanks from 2 – 15 gallons are available complete with the new rotary piston agitator. A retrofit motor kit is available for those customers who already have an existing tank with a geared agitator.
Rotary piston agitator assemblies are available as standalone units or come mounted on 5 or 55 gallon drum lids. Binks elevators are available for both pails and drums. In addition to being specified with rotary piston agitators, pumps, suction tubes, return tubes and hose management can also be added to the elevator package.
Binks 30 and 60 gallon ASME tanks are available to purchase complete with the rotary piston agitator. A retrofit motor kit is available for those customers who already have an existing tank with a geared agitator.
Tank mounts are available with 3”, or 4” sanitary, or bolted connections. Binks can support ½”, ¾” or 5/8” male and female driveshafts.
Clamp or bung mounted solutions for closed 55 gallon drums with agitator shaft and paddles already built in. Clamp mounts can support drums with 23” or 24” diameters.
The binks generic tote mount, rotary piston agitator is suitable for most totes with built-in agitator assemblies. Using adapter brackets, Binks can also support IBC containers. Contact us about your tote requirements.
