Overview
Electronically controlled reciprocators have been developed for efficient production operation in automated powder or liquid coating systems.
These sophisticated reciprocators (with X-Y and Z axis movement capability) can be configured and expanded due to their modular design, from a simple single axis movement, through to complex axis motion using PLC controls.
Reciprocator systems can be configured for manual or automated operation through light bar sensor packages. Sophisticated control for automated coating within enclosures, using Z-axis movement can also be achieved.
Powder Reciprocators are available in a range of incremental stroke lengths up to 12m.
