The modular system consists of:

- Feeding from 200 l drum
follower plate as barrel press with attached servo motor controlled feed pump
RAM control with 2-hand operation
Option: Tandem design for uninterrupted operation when changing drums

- Controlled and monitored inline gas injection for the generation of a closed-cell sealing foam
- Dynamic mixer for perfect homogenization of the gas-material mixture

- Gear pump with servo motor for volumetric metering directly at the metering valve
- Pressure monitoring at the inlet and outlet of the gear pumps
- Continuous operation
- Dead space free metering valve with closure at the nozzle tip
