Viscosity and Fluid Properties:

The viscosity of various materials is an essential factor in determining the suitability of a fluid for dispensing. The following table lists some common fluids and their corresponding viscosities:

Installation and Maintenance:

The BPR Gun Unit requires proper installation and maintenance to ensure optimal performance. The following guidelines should be followed:

Replace ‘4-O-rings’ with new ones (RPK) before assembling the unit.
Insert ‘ROD (3A10004A)’ into ‘PISTON (3E10003A)’ and fasten ‘Nylon Nut (Q2002)’ with torque 0.75 Nm.
Insert “wrench Bolt & S/W (Q1318)” into ‘CYLINDER CAP’.
Insert “Comp. Coil Spring (Q6202)” into ‘CYLINDER BODY’.
Locate ‘CYLINDER CAP’ with 4 ‘Wrench Bolts’ to ‘CYLINDER BODY’.
Notice:

Keep specified torque, and the direction and order of disassembling when reassembling.
Do not exceed the maximum pressure or temperature limits for the BPR Gun Unit.

User Instructions:

To assemble ‘PACKING NUT ASSY (3E50000B)’, follow these steps:

Reassemble in reverse order of disassembling, as shown in Figure X.
Before inserting, paste grease enough on ‘O-ring (M3233)’, ‘U-packing (M3110)’, ‘Backup ring (3E20002A)’, groove for ‘O-ring’ and inner surface of ‘Packing nut A (3E20003A)’ by bare hands.
Fasten ‘Packing nut B (3E20001A)’ with torque 50 Nm and ‘Packing nut A (3E20003A)’ with torque 150Nm.
