The following instruction is reflecting normal running conditions with PVC material.
1. Changed at every service / 6-12 months running
All parts changed at every service are included in service kits, see spare part list for your applicator
2. Regular interval service items / 12-24 months running
3. Serviceable wear items / 24+ months running
4. All parts that are reused need to be thoroughly cleaned and visually inspected for damage
and excessive wear
• All parts marked yellow
• All parts marked blue
• All parts marked green
• All parts, unmarked, blue or green
Note:
• More abrasive PVC materials require even shorter service interval. The frequency for
preventive maintenance has to be evaluated for each case of application.
• A proper maintenance area with cleaning equipment is required.
• Your specific applicator may not include all shown parts or have different part numbers.
ALWAYS refer to the specific spare parts list supplied with every unit.
• Follow instructions in the operators manual.
• Use correct tools. Special tool kit part number 6004 0803 00.
