Ransburg Paint Pump Unit provides a highly stable paint supply indispensable for achieving uniform paint finish, even after painting conditions such as paint type and viscosity are changed. Incorporating a precision fixed delivery gear pump “RIF-PUMP” that has improved the capacity efficiency substantially, the unit provides a delivery rate which is proportional to the revolution speed of the pump gear and also ensures flexible yet simple remote operation under manual or automatic control.
The pump drive section is of the explosion-proof construction, enabling it to be safely installed in a booth. This feature offers the advantage of permitting easy access to the coating machine and quick cleaning.
When used in conjunction with the Ransburg INDUSTRIAL Electrostatic Coating Machine, the Paint Pump Unit makes possible a coating line with high painting efficiency, providing a dramatic improvement in productivity.
