High-quality coating with an easy-to-use, multifunctional
powder cart system
This versatile system is designed for your manual powder coating
needs. It features vibratory box feed and fluid hopper configurations
with options for single or dual applicators, as well as a variety of
cable and hose lengths. An automatic cleaning function and built-
in cleaning air purge valve come standard. Color changes can be
completed in just 30 seconds.
The ergonomic, advanced manual powder gun is one of the lightest
in its class, which helps reduce operator fatigue and improve
efficiency. On-gun controls allow for easy program and powder flow
adjustments. The controller is IP64 FM/ATEX rated, making it suitable
for operation within the booth. It includes a 7-inch bright, colorful
touchscreen with intuitive controls that simplify setup and operation.
