Failure to de-energize, disconnect, lock out and tag-out all power
sources before performing equipment maintenance could cause

All personnel must be trained before operating finishing
equipment.
EQUIPMENT MISUSE HAZARD
Equipment misuse can cause the equipment to rupture,
malfunction, or start unexpectedly and result in serious injury.

You may be injured by venting liquids or gases that are released
under pressure, or flying debris.

Moving parts can crush and cut. Pinch points are basically any
areas where there are moving parts.

KNOW WHERE AND HOW TO SHUT OFF THE EQUIPMENT
IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY
PRESSURE RELIEF PROCEDURE
Always follow the pressure relief procedure in the equipment
instruction manual.
NOISE HAZARD
You may be injured by loud noise. Hearing protection may be
required when using this equipment.
STATIC CHARGE
Fluid may develop a static charge that must be dissipated through
proper grounding of the equipment, objects to be sprayed and all
other electrically conductive objects in the dispensing area. Improper
grounding or sparks can cause a hazardous condition and result in
fire, explosion or electric shock and other serious injury.
WEAR RESPIRATOR
�Toxic fumes can cause serious injury or death if inhaled.
Wear a respirator as recommended by the fluid and solvent
manufacturer’s Safety Data Sheet.
TOXIC FLUID & FUMES
�Hazardous fluid or toxic fumes can cause serious injury or death if
splashed in the eyes or on the skin, inhaled, injected or
swallowed. LEARN and KNOW the specific hazards or the fluids
you are using.
KEEP EQUIPMENT GUARDS IN PLACE
Do not operate the equipment if the safety devices have been
removed.
! WARNING
AUTOMATIC EQUIPMENT
Automatic equipment may start suddenly without warning.
FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARD
Improper equipment grounding, poor ventilation, open flame or
sparks can cause a hazardous condition and result in fire or
explosion and serious injury.
MEDICAL ALERT
Any injury caused by high pressure liquid can be serious. If you
are injured or even suspect an injury:
• �Go to an emergency room immediately.
• �Tell the doctor you suspect an injection injury.
• �Show the doctor this medical information or the medical alert
card provided with your airless spray equipment.
• �Tell the doctor what kind of fluid you were spraying or
dispensing.
GET IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION
To prevent contact with the fluid, please note the following:
• �Never point the gun/valve at anyone or any part of the body.
• �Never put hand or fingers over the spray tip.
• �Never attempt to stop or deflect fluid leaks with your hand,
body, glove or rag.
• �Always have the tip guard on the spray gun before spraying.
• �Always ensure that the gun trigger safety operates before
spraying.

TRU-CLEAN – GENERAL INFORMATION
PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE
The unit is intended for cleaning of air-driven spray
guns using either thinner-based solvents or water-based
solvents.
All other use of the unit are not allowed like:
• � Emptying excess paint into the unit
• � Cleaning of electric chargeable items
• � Collecting of various waste
• � Cleaning of textile materials
• � Storing of items
• � Cleaning of hands or other parts of the human body
• � Cleaning of any items for food or drinks
PERMITTED SOLVENTS
The unit can be used with solvents and solvent mixtures
intended for spray gun cleaning, such as acetone,
toluene, isobutanol, xylene that are listed as Group IIA
according to IEC79-20 (EN 60079-20).
The unit can also be used with water or water based
solvents.
All solvents must have a pH value between 4 and 10. Be
sure not to mix water-based solvents with thinner-based
solvents. Itis important that all users are informed of
what solvent is being used, at all time.
Never use any solvent if it is not provided with an SDS
(Safety Data Sheet). Read the SDS carefully, and follow
all the instructions and procedures provided in the SDS.
If unsure, or if more information is needed concerning
the solvent, please contact your solvent supplier.
Do not add other chemicals to the solvent including, but
not limited to, kerosene, gasoline, detergents, fuel oil or
chlorinated solvents.
PERMITTED SOLVENT DRUMS
The Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean can be used with
different types of drums, but they must comply with the
following:
• � The drums must fit into the unit
• � The drums must be leak-free.
• � The drums must be made of a conductive material.
• � Check for local regulations concerning max allowed
volume for keeping solvent in the unit
Solvent drums are not provided by Trisk | DeVilbiss,
thus Trisk | DeVilbiss does not take any responsibility
for the drums. Follow the solvent supplier’s instructions
carefully.
COLLECTING TRAY
The unit must be installed in such a way as to prevent
accidental leakage of solvent from spreading into a
drain water system, thus representing a hazard to the
environment. This can be done by:
• � installing the unit in a location where floor and walls
can hold any accidental drum leakage, or
• � equipping the unit with a collecting tray beneath
the solvent drums that is large enough to hold the
volume of at least one leaking drum.
SAFETY INFORMATION
Hazards may arise from improper use of the
Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean. Hazards may also arise from
improper choice/handling of drums or solvent. In order
to maintain the high safety standard of the unit, it is
important that these instructions are followed.
• � Do not operate the unit until you have read and fully
understood this entire User’s Manual.
• � The unit should be installed as described in the
instructions.
• � The unit should be used as described in the
instructions.
• � The unit should be maintained as described in the
instructions.
• � Only original spare parts may be used.
• � This User’s Manual must be available and in legible
condition in close proximity to the unit. Every user
shall know where to find the User’s Manual.
• � Operating instructions should be formulated on the
basis of this Users Manual, and translated into the
language spoken by the employees.
• � Do not modify or in any way alter the unit.
• � Do not operate the unit unless it is properly vented.
Do not operate the unit if the extraction of vapors is
insufficient.
• � Avoid contact with liquid and vapor. Refer to the
solvents’ SDS (Safety Data Sheet).
• � Wear chemical goggles or similar, to protect your
eyes. Wear chemical-resistant gloves to prevent
skin-contact. Wear chemical-resistant clothing to
protect against spills or splash.
• � Personnel suffering from respiratory problems or
allergies to solvents used, must not operate the
machine.

• � Clean up spills immediately. Solvent vapours are
heavier than air and can spread a long way. They
may also collect in pits or other low areas.
• � Do not smoke, eat or drink while close to the unit.
• � The unit is equipped with a safety valve that will
interrupt the automatic wash cycle if the lid is
opened before the wash cycle is completed.
• � A fire extinguisher must always be kept nearby
when working with flammable solvents. Do not use
water.
• � Spray guns or any other paint equipment items
cleaned in the unit must be suitable for cleaning in a
Zone 1 area (ref. Category 2 according to EN 13463-
1/2001). If unsure, please contact the spray gun
manufacturer.
• � The unit must be properly grounded using the
attached grounding cable. If plastic drums are used,
the openings should be wiped off with a damp
cloth, to avoid static electricity, before inserting or
removing any hoses or other equipment.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Operating instructions should be formulated on the basis
of this manual and translated into the language spoken
by the employees. It should be close to the machine.
To avoid confusion, the employees must be informed
about thesolvent currently being used in the machine.

UNPACKING

PLACING THE UNIT
The Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean is equipment Category 2
(ref. ATEX-directive 2014/34/EU) and may therefore
be placed in locations classified as Zone 1 (ref. ATEX-
directive 1999/92 EC).
TruClean Combo units are marked:

If the Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean is installed in locations
classified as Zone2 or in unclassified locations, the
following is valid provided that the ventilation of the unit
is installed as described further down in this manual:
The space within 1 m of the Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean is
to be classified as Zone 2, and the inside of the ducting
as Zone 1 (see illustration above).
Within these areas, all equipment such as electrical
items must be approved for the Zones described.
Equipment that generates naked flames or sparks
(e.g. welding or grinding equipment) may not be used
in this area. Smoking is not permitted. If in any doubt,
please contact the local fire service authorities for advice.
This manual is part of the unit and must be available
at all times.

VENTILATION
There are two different options for the unit’s ventilation:
1. Lead the exhaust outdoors.
2. Lead the metal ducting into a hood that is in turn
connected to a suitable ventilation system approved
for Zone 1. This hood should have an open design to
avoid constant extraction. The metal ducting may not be
longer than 15 metres, and must be connected in such a
way as to ensure grounding.

The compressed air supplied to the unit must be
clean and dry. If it is not first led through a water
trap and filter, it may cause damage to the pneumatic
components of the unit, which will invalidate any
warranty claims.
Make sure that the unit is properly grounded using the
grounding cable supplied.
PREPARATIONS FOR USE
Open the front plate.
Solvent drums
Two drums are needed, one drum that is empty, and one
drum full of solvent. Both drums must be of the same
size, fit inside TruClean, and they must meet the require-
ments described under chapter PERMITTED SOLVENT
DRUMS. Both drums must be clean on the inside and
they must not contain any solids or other objects that
could be sucked into the pumps when running.
Prepare drums
Pour half of the solvent from the full drum to the empty
one.
Drum plugs
With the unit, two cardboard boxes with a selection of
tapered plugs are supplied. Select the plugs that fit best
into the opening of the drums.

The drum on the left side will contain the clean solvent.
Connect the adapter plug with the single hose to it.
The drum on the right side will contain the recirculating
solvent. Connect the adapter plug with the two hoses
to it.
The solvent system is now filled-up. Both drums
should be half full. When manual rinsing is done, the
contents of the left drum will gradually be used up and
transferred to the right drum.

The air line (Figure 3.2) is used in the automatic wash
cycle. A set of conical plugs are provided. Select the plug
that best fit the spray gun's air inlet, and mount it on
the air line.

separate spills-dish.Place the cup and lid onto the wash
compartment (Figure 3.3).
It is recommended that the spray gun is dismantled and
the parts placed in the washing compartment for best
cleaning results.

Finally, it is possible to blow out the spray gun.
Connect the spray gun to the air line (optional), and
blow out the spray gun through the funnel under the lid
(Figure 3.1).
By using this funnel, you prevent the fumes from
spreading within the premises.
Close the lid after cleaning.
SERVICE
Monthly:
• � Carefully remove to not damage or break the three
nozzles used for automatic washing and clean them
with fresh solvent.
When changing drums:
• � Check and if necessary clean the strainer (Sieve
15018) on the suction hose for circulating solvent.

DANGER DÛ AU BRUIT
Un bruit fort peut entraîner des blessures. Il peut être nécessaire
de porter un casque de protection auditive quand vous utilisez
cet équipement.
CHARGE ÉLECTROSTATIQUE
Les produits peuvent emmagasiner une charge statique qui doit
être dissipée grâce à un système de mise à la terre correcte des
équipements, de toutes les pièces à traiter et de tous les autres
éléments conducteurs d'électricité dans la zone de distribution.
Une mise à la terre incorrecte ou des étincelles peuvent donner
lieu à une condition dangereuse et causer un incendie, une
explosion, un choc électrique et des blessures graves.

ALERTE MÉDICALE
Toute blessure causée par un liquide sous haute pression peut
être grave. Si vous êtes blessé ou soupçonnez une blessure:
• �Rendez-vous immédiatement à un service d'urgence.
• �Dites au médecin que vous soupçonnez une blessure
par injection.
• �Présentez au médecin ces données médicales ou la carte
d’alerte médicale fournie avec votre équipement de
pulvérisation Airless.
• �Indiquez au médecin le type de produit que vous étiez en
train de pulvériser ou de distribuer.
CONSULTER IMMÉDIATEMENT UN MÉDECIN
Pour éviter le contact avec le produit, notez les points suivants:
• �Ne jamais pointer le pistolet/vanne vers qui que ce soit ni
vers une partie du corps.
• �Ne jamais mettre les doigts ou poser la main sur la buse.
• �Ne jamais tenter d’arrêter ou de dévier les fuites de produit
avec la main, le corps, un gant ou un chiffon.
• �Toujours laisser la protection de buse sur le pistolet avant
de pulvériser.
• �S’assurer toujours du bon fonctionnement de la gâchette du
pistolet avant utilisation.

TRU-CLEAN – GÉNÉRALITÉS
UTILISATION PRÉVUE DE LA MACHINE
L'appareil est prévu pour le nettoyage de pistolets à
peinture pneumatiques par des solvants à base de
diluant ou des solvants à base d'eau.
Toute autre utilisation de l'appareil n'est pas autorisée,
par exemple:
• � Vidage de l'excédent de peinture dans l'appareil
• � Nettoyage d'éléments à charge électrostatique
• � Recueil de divers déchets
• � Nettoyage de produits textiles
• � Stockage d'éléments
• � Nettoyage des mains ou autres parties du
corps humain
• � Nettoyage de tous articles destinés à l'alimentation
ou à la boisson
SOLVANTS AUTORISÉS
L'appareil peut être utilisé avec des solvants et mélanges
de solvants destinés au nettoyage de pistolets à
peinture, par exemple acétone, toluène, isobutanol,
xylène, répertoriés comme Groupe IIA selon la norme
CEI79-20 (EN 60079-20).
L'appareil peut aussi être utilisé avec de l'eau ou des
solvants à base d’eau.
Tous les solvants doivent avoir un pH compris entre 4
et 10. Assurez-vous de ne pas mélanger de solvants à
base d'eau avec des solvants à base de diluant. Il est
important d'informer tous les utilisateurs du solvant
utilisé, à tout moment.
Ne jamais utiliser un solvant qui ne soit pas fourni
avec une FDS (fiche de données de sécurité). Lisez
attentivement la FDS et respectez toutes les instructions
et procédures mentionnées dans cette FDS. En cas de
doute, ou si vous avez besoin d'en savoir plus sur le
solvant, veuillez contacter votre fournisseur de solvant.
Ne pas ajouter d'autres produits chimiques au solvant,
notamment mais sans limitation, kérosène, essence,
détergents, fioul ou solvants chlorés.
FÛTS AUTORISÉS POUR LES SOLVANTS
Le Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean peut s'utiliser avec
différents types de fût, mais ceux-ci doivent respecter
les critères suivants:
• � Les fûts doivent tenir dans l'appareil
• � Les fûts ne doivent présenter aucune fuite
• � Les fûts doivent être en matériau conducteur.
• � Consultez les réglementations locales pour le
volume maximal de solvant pouvant être conservé
dans l'appareil.
Les fûts de solvant ne sont pas fournis par
Trisk | DeVilbiss, donc Trisk | DeVilbiss n'assume aucune
responsabilité concernant les fûts. Respectez strictement
les instructions du fournisseur de solvant.
BAC DE RÉCUPÉRATION
L'appareil doit être installé de façon à éviter que toute
fuite accidentelle de solvant puisse atteindre un système
d'eaux usées, ce qui présenterait un danger pour
l'environnement. Ceci peut être assuré en:
• � installant l'appareil à un emplacement où le plancher
et les murs peuvent retenir toute fuite accidentelle du
fût, ou
• � équipant l'appareil d'un bac de récupération sous les
fûts de solvant de capacité suffisante pour contenir le
volume d'au moins un fût présentant une fuite.
INFORMATIONS DE SÉCURITÉ
L'utilisation incorrecte du Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean
peut présenter des dangers. Des dangers peuvent aussi
survenir suite à un choix ou une manutention incorrecte
des fûts ou du solvant. Pour conserver la sécurité de
haut niveau de l'appareil, il est important de respecter
ces instructions.
• � Ne pas utiliser l'appareil avant d'avoir lu et
parfaitement compris la totalité de ce manuel.
• � L'appareil doit être installé comme décrit dans
les instructions.
• � L'appareil doit être utilisé comme décrit dans
les instructions.
• � L'appareil doit être entretenu comme décrit dans les
instructions.
• � Seules des pièces de rechange d'origine doivent
être utilisées.
• � Ce manuel doit être à disposition et en état lisible à
proximité immédiate de l'appareil. Chaque utilisateur
doit savoir où trouver le Manuel.
• � Les instructions d'utilisation doivent être établies à
partir de ce Manuel, et dans la langue parlée par
les salariées.
• � Ne pas modifier ni altérer de quelque façon que ce
soit cet appareil.
• � Ne pas utiliser l'appareil s'il n'a pas été correctement
purgé. Ne pas utiliser l'appareil si l'extraction des
vapeurs est insuffisante.
• � Éviter le contact avec les liquides et la vapeur.
Consultez la FDS (fiche de données de sécurité)
des solvants.
• � Porter des lunettes de protection pour produits
chimiques ou équivalent pour protéger vos yeux.
Porter des gants résistants aux produits chimiques
pour éviter tout contact avec la peau. Porter des
vêtements résistants aux produits chimiques
pour vous protéger contre les déversements
ou éclaboussures.

• � Le personnel souffrant de problèmes respiratoires ou
d'allergies aux solvants utilisés, ne doit pas utiliser
la machine.
• � Nettoyer immédiatement les déversements.
Les vapeurs de solvant sont plus denses que l'air et
peuvent se répandre à grande distance.
Elles peuvent aussi s'accumuler dans des fosses ou
autres points bas.
• � Ne pas fumer, manger ni boire à proximité
de l'appareil.
• � L'appareil comporte une soupape de sûreté qui
interrompt le cycle de lavage automatique en cas
d'ouverture du couvercle avant l'achèvement du
cycle de lavage.
• � Un extincteur doit toujours être conservé à proximité
lors du travail avec des solvants inflammables.
Ne pas utiliser de l'eau.
• � Les pistolets ou autres équipements de peinture
nettoyés dans l'appareil doivent être adaptés pour
nettoyage dans un emplacement classé Zone 1
(Catégorie 2 selon EN 13463-1/2001). En cas de
doute, contactez le fabricant du pistolet.
• � L'appareil doit être correctement mis à la terre par
le câble de terre relié. En cas d'utilisation de fûts en
plastique, les ouvertures doivent être essuyées avec
un chiffon humide pour éviter l'électricité statique
avant l'insertion ou le retrait de flexibles ou
autres équipements.
INSTRUCTIONS D'UTILISATION
Les instructions d'utilisation doivent être établies à partir
de ce manuel et dans la langue parlée par les salariées.
Elles doivent être à proximité de la machine.
Pour éviter toute confusion, les salariés doivent
être informés du solvant en cours d'utilisation dans
la machine.

DÉBALLAGE

POSITIONNEMENT DE L'APPAREIL
Le Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean est un équipement de
Catégorie 2 (selon la directive ATEX 2014/34/EU) et peut
donc être positionné dans des emplacements classés
Zone 1 (selon directive ATEX 1999/92 CE).
Si le Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean est installé dans des
emplacements classés Zone2 ou non classés, ce qui
suit s'applique à condition d'installer une ventilation de
l'appareil décrite plus loin dans ce manuel: L'espace
à moins de 1 m du Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean doit être
classé Zone 2, et l'intérieur des gaines Zone1
(voir illustration ci-dessus).
Dans ces zones, tous les équipements tels que les
appareillages électriques doivent être homologués pour
les zones indiquées. Les équipements susceptibles
de produire des flammes nues ou des étincelles (par
exemple équipement de soudage et de meulage) ne
doivent pas être utilisés dans cette zone. Il est interdit
de fumer. En cas de doute, veuillez contacter pour avis
l'administration responsable des sapeurs-pompiers.
Ce manuel fait partie de l'appareil et doit être disponible
à tout moment.

VENTILATION
Il y a deux possibilités pour la ventilation de l'appareil:
1. Diriger l'échappement vers l'extérieur.
2. Diriger la gaine métallique vers une hotte elle-même
reliée à un système de ventilation adapté homologué
pour Zone1. Cette hotte doit être d'architecture ouverte
pour éviter une extraction constante. La gaine métallique
ne doit pas dépasser 15mètres, et doit être raccordée
de façon à assurer sa mise à la terre.

L'air comprimé fourni à l'appareil doit être propre et sec.
S'il ne traverse pas d'abord un filtre et un piège à eau,
il peut endommager les composants pneumatiques de
l'appareil, ce qui annulerait toute garantie.
Assurez-vous que l'appareil est correctement mis à la
terre par le câble fourni.
PRÉPARATION À L'UTILISATION
Ouvrez la plaque avant.
Fûts de solvant
Il faut deux fûts, un vide et un plein de solvant.
Les deux fûts doivent être de même dimension, rentrer
dans l'appareil TruClean et être conformes aux exigences
décrites dans le chapitre FÛTS AUTORISÉS POUR
LES SOLVANTS. Les deux fûts doivent être propres à
l'intérieur et ne doivent contenir ni solides ni autres
corps étrangers pouvant être aspirés dans les pompes
pendant le fonctionnement.
Préparation des fûts
Versez la moitié du solvant du fût plein vers le vide.
Bouchons de fût
L'appareil est fourni avec deux cartons contenant un
choix de bouchons coniques. Sélectionnez les bouchons
convenant le mieux à l'ouverture des fûts.

Placez les deux fûts dans l'armoire.
Branchez les adaptateurs de fût sur les bouchons
des fûts.
Le fût de gauche doit contenir le solvant propre.
Raccordez-lui le bouchon avec adaptateur à
flexible unique.
Le fût de droite doit contenir le solvant recyclé.
Raccordez-lui le bouchon avec adaptateur à
deux flexibles.
Le système de solvant est maintenant rempli. Les
deux fûts devraient être à moitié pleins. Pendant
le rinçage manuel, le contenu du fût de gauche est
progressivement consommé pour être transféré vers
celui de droite.
Préparation de la conduite d'air
La conduite d'air (Figure 3.2) est utilisée dans le cycle
de lavage automatique. Un jeu de bouchons coniques
est fourni. Sélectionnez le bouchon convenant le
mieux à l'entrée d'air du pistolet, et montez-le sur
la conduite d'air.
INSTRUCTIONS D’UTILISATION
Videz le pistolet de tout reste de peinture dans un
récipient à déchets séparé. Placez la coupelle et le
couvercle sur le compartiment de lavage (Figure 3.3).
Il est recommandé de démonter le pistolet et de placer
les pièces dans le compartiment de lavage pour de
meilleurs résultats de nettoyage.
Assurez-vous de poser l'agrafe de gâchette:

Place the two drums in the cabinet.
Fit the drum adaptors to the drum plugs.
The drum on the left side will contain the clean solvent. Con-
nect the adapter plug with the single hose to it.
The drum on the right side will contain the recirculating sol-
vent. Connect the adapter plug with the two hoses to it.
The solvent system is now filled-up. Both drums should be half
full. When manual rinsing is done, the contents of the left drum
will gradually be used up and transferred to the right drum.
Prepare air line
The air line (Figure 3.2) is used in the automatic wash cycle.
A set of conical plugs are provided. Select the plug that best fit
the spray-gun's air inlet, and mount it on the air line.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Empty the spray-gun of any residual paint into a separate
spills-dish.
Place the cup and lid onto the wash compartment (Figure 3.3).
It is recommended that the spray-gun is dismantled and the
parts placed in the washing compartment for best cleaning
results.
Be sure to fit the trigger clip:

Connect the air line to the gun (Figure 3.2).
Place gun on cone (Figure 3.6).
The air line prevents solvent from entering the spray-gun’s air
channels during washing.
Close the lid, and start the automatic pre-wash cycle by
pressing the button (Figure 2.4). The spray-gun will now be
automatically cleaned for approximately 1 minute with circulat-
ing solvent.
Automatic cleaning cycle ≈1 minute.
When the cleaning procedure is completed, the lid can be
opened and the spray-gun taken out.
Manual rinsing
The spray-gun can be manually rinsed with clean solvent if
required. Stepping on the pedal (Figure 2.5) will spray a jet of

Le pistolet peut être rincé manuellement avec du solvant
propre si nécessaire. Un appui sur la pédale pulvérise un
jet de solvant propre provenant du la buse située sous
le couvercle.

Il est enfin possible de souffler le pistolet. Raccordez le
pistolet à la conduite d'air (en option) et soufflez-le à
travers l'entonnoir situé sous le couvercle (Figure 3.1).
L'utilisation de cet entonnoir permet d'éviter de répandre
des fumées dans les locaux.
Fermez le couvercle après le nettoyage.
SERVICE APRÈS VENTE
Mensuel:
• � Retirez avec précaution pour éviter de les
endommager ou de les casser les trois buses
utilisées pour le lavage automatique et nettoyez-les
avec du solvant neuf.
Pour l'échange des fûts:

ABLASSEN DES DRUCKS
Befolgen Sie beim Ablassen des Drucks stets das Verfahren zum
Ablassen des Drucks in der Geräteanleitung.
GEFAHR DURCH LÄRM
Sie können einen Hörschaden erleiden. Bei der Verwendung
dieses Geräts kann das Tragen eines Gehörschutzes
erforderlich sein.
STATISCHE AUFLADUNG
Fluide können eine statische Aufladung entwickeln, die durch
richtige Erdung des Gerätes, der zu lackierenden Gegenstände
und aller anderen elektrisch leitenden Gegenstände im
Verwendungsbereich abgeleitet werden muss. Eine falsche Erdung
oder Funken können gefährlich sein und Brände, Explosionen oder
Stromschläge und andere schwere Verletzungen verursachen.
ATEMSCHUTZ TRAGEN
�Giftige Dämpfe können bei Einatmen zu schweren Verletzungen
oder zum Tode führen. Tragen Sie einen Atemschutz gemäß
Empfehlung im Sicherheitsdatenblatt des Herstellers des Fluids
und des Lösungsmittels.
GIFTIGE FLUIDE UND DÄMPFE
�Gefährliche Fluide oder giftige Dämpfe können zu schweren
Verletzungen oder zum Tode führen, wenn sie auf die Haut oder
in die Augen gelangen bzw. eingeatmet, eingespritzt oder
verschluckt werden. Machen Sie sich mit den speziellen Gefahren
der Fluide, mit denen Sie arbeiten, vertraut.
LASSEN SIE DIE GERÄTESCHUTZVORRICHTUNGEN
AM GERÄT
Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht ohne Sicherheitsvorrichtungen.

Verletzungen durch eine Hochdruckflüssigkeit können gefährlich
sein. Wenn Sie verletzt sind oder auch nur einen Verdacht auf
eine Verletzung haben:
• �Suchen Sie sofort einen Arzt auf.
• �Teilen Sie dem Arzt mit, dass Sie eine Spritzverletzung
vermuten.
• �Zeigen Sie dem Arzt diese medizinischen Informationen oder
die mit Ihrer Airless-Spritzpistolen-Ausstattung mitgelieferte
Medical Alert Card [Karte für den medizinischen Notfall].
• �Teilen Sie dem Arzt mit, welches Fluid Sie verwendet haben.
HOLEN SIE SOFORT ÄRZTLICHE HILFE
Beachten Sie bitte Folgendes, um Kontakt mit dem Fluid
zu vermeiden:
• �Richten Sie die Spritzpistole/das Spritzventil niemals auf
Personen oder Körperteile.
• �Legen Sie auf keinen Fall die Hand oder die Finger auf
die Sprühdüse.
• �Versuchen Sie auf keinen Fall, undichte Fluidschläuche mit
der Hand, dem Körper, einem Handschuh oder einem
Lappen abzudichten.
• �Lassen Sie vor dem Sprühen immer die Düsenkappe auf
der Spritzpistole.
• �Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Sprühen stets, dass die
Abzugsicherung funktioniert.

TRU-CLEAN – ALLGEMEINE INFORMATIONEN
ZWECK DER MASCHINE
Das Gerät ist für die Reinigung von luftbetriebenen
Spritzpistolen mit Lösungsmitteln auf Verdünner- oder
Wasserbasis vorgesehen.
Alle anderen Verwendungen des Gerätes sind nicht erlaubt,
wie z. B.:
• � Entleeren überschüssiger Farbe in das Gerät
• � Reinigung von elektrisch aufladbaren Gegenständen
• � Sammeln von verschiedenen Abfällen
• � Reinigung von textilen Materialien
• � Aufbewahrung von Gegenständen
• � Reinigung der Hände oder anderer menschlicher
Körperteile
• � Reinigung von für Speisen und Getränke vorgesehenen
Gegenständen
ZULÄSSIGE LÖSUNGSMITTEL
Das Gerät kann mit Lösungsmitteln und
Lösungsmittelgemischen verwendet werden, die für die
Reinigung von Spritzpistolen vorgesehen sind, wie z. B. Aceton,
Toluol, Isobutanol, Xylol, die gemäß IEC 79-20 (EN 60079-20)
als Gruppe IIA gelistet sind.
Das Gerät kann auch mit Wasser oder Lösungsmitteln auf
Wasserbasis verwendet werden.
Alle Lösungsmittel müssen einen pH-Wert zwischen 4 und 10
aufweisen. Achten Sie darauf, Lösungsmittel auf Wasserbasis
nicht mit Lösungsmitteln auf Verdünnerbasis zu mischen. Es ist
wichtig, dass alle Anwender jederzeit darüber informiert sind,
welches Lösungsmittel verwendet wird.
Verwenden Sie niemals ein Lösungsmittel, dem kein SDB
(Sicherheitsdatenblatt) beiliegt. Lesen Sie das SDB aufmerksam
durch und befolgen Sie alle im SDB angegebenen Anweisungen
und Verfahren. Wenn Sie sich unsicher sind oder weitere
Informationen zu dem Lösungsmittel benötigen, wenden Sie
sich bitte an Ihren Lösungsmittellieferanten.
Fügen Sie dem Lösungsmittel keine anderen Chemikalien
hinzu, u.a. kein Kerosin, Benzin, Reinigungsmittel, Heizöl oder
chlorierte Lösungsmittel.
ZULÄSSIGE LÖSUNGSMITTELFÄSSER
Der Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean kann mit verschiedenen Arten
von Fässern verwendet werden, die jedoch die folgenden
Anforderungen erfüllen müssen:
• � Die Fässer müssen in das Gerät passen
• � Die Fässer müssen auslaufsicher sein.
• � Die Fässer müssen aus einem leitfähigen
Material bestehen.
• �Prüfen Sie die örtlichen Vorschriften bezüglich der
maximal zulässigen in der Maschine befindlichen
Lösungsmittelmenge
Lösungsmittelfässer werden nicht von Trisk | DeVilbiss
bereitgestellt, daher übernimmt Trisk | DeVilbiss keine
Haftung für die Fässer. Befolgen Sie die Anweisungen des
Lösungsmittellieferanten sorgfältig.
AUFFANGSCHALE
Das Gerät muss so installiert werden, dass ein unbeabsichtigtes
Austreten von Lösungsmitteln in ein Abwassersystem und
damit eine Gefahr für die Umwelt verhindert wird. Dazu gibt es
folgende Möglichkeiten:
• � Installation des Geräts an einem Ort, an dem Boden und
Wände ein versehentliches Auslaufen des Fasses auffangen
können, oder
• � Ausstattung des Geräts mit einer Auffangwanne unter den
Lösungsmittelfässern, die groß genug ist, um das Volumen
mindestens eines undichten Fasses aufzunehmen.
SICHERHEITSINFORMATIONEN
Bei unsachgemäßem Gebrauch des Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean
kann es zu Gefahrensituationen kommen. Gefahren können
auch durch unsachgemäße Auswahl/Handhabung von
Fässern oder Lösungsmitteln entstehen. Um den hohen
Sicherheitsstandard des Gerätes zu erhalten, ist es wichtig,
diese Anweisungen zu befolgen.
• � Nehmen Sie das Gerät erst dann in Betrieb, wenn Sie
diese Bedienungsanleitung vollständig gelesen und
verstanden haben.
• � Das Gerät muss wie in den Anweisungen beschrieben
installiert werden.
• � Das Gerät muss wie in den Anweisungen beschrieben
verwendet werden.
• � Das Gerät muss wie in den Anweisungen beschrieben
gewartet werden.
• � Es dürfen nur Originalersatzteile verwendet werden.
• � Diese Bedienungsanleitung muss in unmittelbarer Nähe
des Gerätes verfügbar und in lesbarem Zustand sein.
Jeder Benutzer muss wissen, wo er die
Bedienungsanleitung finden kann.
• � Die Bedienungsanweisungen müssen auf der Grundlage
dieser Betriebsanleitung formuliert und in die Sprache der
Mitarbeiter übersetzt werden.
• � Das Gerät darf nicht modifiziert oder in irgendeiner Weise
verändert werden.
• � Das Gerät darf nur betrieben werden, wenn es
ordnungsgemäß belüftet wird. Das Gerät darf nicht
betrieben werden, wenn die Absaugung der Dämpfe
unzureichend ist.
• � Kontakt mit Flüssigkeiten und Dämpfen vermeiden.
Beachten Sie das SDB (Sicherheitsdatenblatt) der
Lösungsmittel.
• � Tragen Sie eine Chemikalienschutzbrille oder einen
ähnlichen Augenschutz. Tragen Sie chemikalienbeständige
Handschuhe, um Hautkontakt zu vermeiden. Tragen
Sie chemikalienbeständige Kleidung zum Schutz vor
verschütteten oder spritzenden Flüssigkeiten.
• � Personen mit Atembeschwerden oder Allergien gegen
die verwendeten Lösungsmittel dürfen die Maschine
nicht bedienen.
• � Beseitigen Sie verschüttete Flüssigkeiten sofort.
Lösungsmitteldämpfe sind schwerer als Luft und können
sich weit ausbreiten. Sie können sich auch in Vertiefungen
oder anderen tiefliegenden Bereichen sammeln.

• � Rauchen, essen oder trinken Sie nicht in der Nähe
des Geräts.
• � Das Gerät ist mit einem Sicherheitsventil ausgestattet,
das den automatischen Waschzyklus unterbricht,
wenn der Deckel geöffnet wird, bevor der Waschzyklus
abgeschlossen ist.
• � Bei der Arbeit mit brennbaren Lösungsmitteln muss immer
ein Feuerlöscher in der Nähe bereitgehalten werden.
Verwenden Sie kein Wasser.
• � Spritzpistolen oder andere im Gerät gereinigte
Lackiergeräte müssen für die Reinigung in
Zone 1 geeignet sein (vgl. Kategorie 2 gemäß
EN 13463-1/2001). Wenn Sie sich unsicher sind, wenden
Sie sich bitte an den Spritzpistolenhersteller.
• � Das Gerät muss mit dem angeschlossenen Erdungskabel
ordnungsgemäß geerdet sein.
Bei der Verwendung von Kunststofffässern müssen
die Öffnungen vor dem Anbringen oder Entfernen von
Schläuchen oder anderer Ausrüstung mit einem feuchten
Tuch abgewischt werden, um statische Aufladung
zu vermeiden.
BEDIENUNGSANWEISUNGEN
Bedienungsanweisungen müssen auf der Grundlage dieser
Anleitung formuliert und in die Sprache der Mitarbeiter
übersetzt werden. Sie müssen in der Nähe der Maschine
verfügbar sein.
Um Verwechslungen zu vermeiden, müssen die Mitarbeiter
darüber informiert werden, welches Lösungsmittel gerade in
der Maschine verwendet wird.

AUFSTELLEN DES GERÄTS
Der Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean ist ein Gerät der Kategorie 2
(vgl. ATEX-Richtlinie 2014/34/EU) und darf daher an
Orten aufgestellt werden, die als Zone 1 eingestuft sind
(vgl. ATEX-Richtlinie 1999/92 EG).
Wenn der Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean in Bereichen der Zone
2 oder an nicht klassifizierten Orten installiert wird, gilt
Folgendes, vorausgesetzt, dass die Entlüftung des Geräts wie
weiter unten in diesem Handbuch beschrieben installiert wird:
Der Bereich innerhalb eines Umkreises von 1 um den
Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean ist als Zone 2 und das Leitungsinnere
als Zone 1 einzustufen (siehe Abbildung oben).
Innerhalb dieser Bereiche müssen alle Geräte, wie z. B.
Elektrogeräte, für die angegebenen Zonen zugelassen sein.
Geräte, die offene Flammen oder Funken erzeugen
(z. B. Schweiß- oder Schleifgeräte), dürfen in diesem Bereich
nicht verwendet werden. Rauchen ist nicht gestattet.
Im Zweifel wenden Sie sich bitte an die örtliche Feuerwehr.
Diese Bedienungsanleitung ist Teil des Geräts und muss
jederzeit verfügbar sein.

ENTLÜFTUNG
Für die Entlüftung des Geräts gibt es zwei verschiedene
Möglichkeiten:
1. Führen Sie die Abgasleitungen ins Freie.
2. Führen Sie die Metallrohrleitungen in eine Haube, die
wiederum an ein geeignetes, für Zone 1 zugelassenes
Lüftungssystem angeschlossen ist. Diese Haube sollte eine
offene Konstruktion haben, um ein ständiges Absaugen zu
vermeiden. Die Metallrohrleitungen dürfen nicht länger als
15m sein und müssen so angeschlossen werden, dass die
Erdung gewährleistet ist.

Die dem Gerät zugeführte Druckluft muss sauber und trocken
sein. Wenn sie nicht zuerst durch einen Wasserabscheider
und einen Filter geleitet wird, kann es zu Schäden an den
pneumatischen Bauteilen des Geräts kommen, wodurch
jegliche Gewährleistungsansprüche erlöschen.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät über das mitgelieferte
Erdungskabel ordnungsgemäß geerdet ist.
VORBEREITUNG FÜR DIE VERWENDUNG
Öffnen Sie die Frontplatte.
Lösungsmittelfässer
Es werden zwei Fässer benötigt, ein leeres und ein mit
Lösungsmittel gefülltes Fass. Beide Fässer müssen die
gleiche Größe haben, in den TruClean passen und die im
Kapitel ZULÄSSIGE LÖSUNGSMITTELFÄSSER beschriebenen
Anforderungen erfüllen. Beide Fässer müssen innen sauber
sein und dürfen keine Feststoffe oder andere Gegenstände
enthalten, die beim Betrieb in die Pumpen gesaugt
werdenkönnten.
Vorbereitung der Fässer
Die Hälfte des Lösungsmittels aus dem vollen Fass in das leere
Fass gießen.
Stopfen für Fässer
Im Lieferumfang des Geräts enthalten sind zwei
Pappschachteln mit konischen Stopfen. Wählen Sie die Stopfen
aus, die am besten in die Öffnung der Fässer passen.

Stellen Sie die beiden Fässer in den Schrank.
Bringen Sie die Fassadapter an den Fassstopfen an.
Das Fass auf der linken Seite enthält das saubere
Lösungsmittel. Schließen Sie den Adapterstopfen mit dem
einzelnen Schlauch daran an.
Das Fass auf der rechten Seite wird das zurücklaufende
Lösungsmittel aufnehmen. Schließen Sie den Adapterstopfen
mit den zwei Schläuchen daran an.
Das Lösungsmittelsystem wird nun aufgefüllt. Beide Fässer
sollten halb voll sein. Beim manuellen Spülen wird der Inhalt
des rechten Fasses nach und nach verbraucht und in das
rechte Fass geleitet.
Vorbereitung der Luftleitung
Die Luftleitung (Abbildung 3.2) kommt beim automatischen
Waschzyklus zum Einsatz. Ein Satz konischer Stopfen wird
mitgeliefert. Wählen Sie den Stopfen aus, der am besten zum
Lufteinlass der Spritzpistole passt, und montieren Sie ihn an
der Luftleitung.
BEDIENUNGSANWEISUNGEN
Entleeren Sie eventuellen Restlack aus der Spritzpistole in
einen separaten Auffangbehälter. Legen Sie den Becher und
den Deckel auf das Waschfach (Abbildung 3.3).
Um optimale Reinigungsergebnisse zu erzielen, wird
empfohlen, die Spritzpistole zu zerlegen und die Teile in das
Waschfach zu legen.
Achten Sie darauf, dass der Abzugsbügel angebracht ist:

The solvent system is now filled-up. Both drums should be half
full. When manual rinsing is done, the contents of the left drum
will gradually be used up and transferred to the right drum.
Prepare air line
The air line (Figure 3.2) is used in the automatic wash cycle.
A set of conical plugs are provided. Select the plug that best fit
the spray-gun's air inlet, and mount it on the air line.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Empty the spray-gun of any residual paint into a separate
spills-dish.
Place the cup and lid onto the wash compartment (Figure 3.3).
It is recommended that the spray-gun is dismantled and the
parts placed in the washing compartment for best cleaning
results.
Be sure to fit the trigger clip:

The air line prevents solvent from entering the spray-gun’s air
channels during washing.
Close the lid, and start the automatic pre-wash cycle by
pressing the button (Figure 2.4). The spray-gun will now be
automatically cleaned for approximately 1 minute with circulat-
ing solvent.
Automatic cleaning cycle ≈1 minute.
When the cleaning procedure is completed, the lid can be
opened and the spray-gun taken out.
Manual rinsing
The spray-gun can be manually rinsed with clean solvent if
required. Stepping on the pedal (Figure 2.5) will spray a jet of

Nach Abschluss des Reinigungsvorgangs kann der Deckel
geöffnet und die Spritzpistole herausgenommen werden.
Manuelles Spülen
Die Spritzpistole kann bei Bedarf manuell mit sauberem
Lösungsmittel gespült werden. Wenn Sie auf das Pedal treten,
wird ein Strahl sauberen Lösungsmittels aus der Düse unter
den Deckel gesprüht.

Zum Schluss kann die Spritzpistole ausgeblasen werden.
Schließen Sie die Spritzpistole an die Luftleitung an (optional)
und blasen Sie die Spritzpistole durch den Trichter unter dem
Deckel aus (Abbildung 3.1).
Dieser Trichter verhindert, dass sich die Dämpfe in den
Räumen ausbreiten.
Schließen Sie nach der Reinigung den Deckel.
WARTUNG
Monatlich:
• � Entfernen Sie vorsichtig, um sie nicht zu beschädigen, die
drei Düsen, die für die automatische Reinigung verwendet
werden, und reinigen Sie sie mit neuem Lösungsmittel.

Una messa a terra impropria dell’attrezzatura, una ventilazione
scarsa, fiamme aperte o scintille possono dare luogo a una
situazione di pericolo e causare incendi o esplosioni,
nonché lesioni gravi.
ALLERTA MEDICA
Qualsiasi lesione provocata da un liquido ad alta pressione può
portare gravi conseguenze. Se si sono riportate lesioni o si sospetta
di aver subito lesioni, agire in base a quanto indicato di seguito:
• �Recarsi immediatamente in un pronto soccorso.
• �Comunicare al medico che si sospetta una lesione da iniezione.
• �Mostrare al medico le presenti informazioni mediche o la
scheda di allerta medica fornita con l'attrezzatura a spruzzo
airless.
• �Informare il medico in merito al tipo di liquido che si stava
nebulizzando o erogando.
CONSULTARE IMMEDIATAMENTE UN MEDICO
Per impedire qualsiasi contatto con il liquido, tenere presente
quanto segue:
• �Non puntare mai la pistola/valvola verso le persone o verso
qualunque parte del corpo.
• �Non mettere mai le mani o le dita sopra l'ugello di spruzzo.
• �Non tentare mai di arrestare o di deviare le perdite di liquido
con la mano o altra parte del corpo, con un guanto o con
uno straccio.
• �Accertarsi sempre che la protezione ugello sia installata sulla
pistola a spruzzo prima della nebulizzazione.
• �Accertarsi sempre che il dispositivo di sicurezza del grilletto
della pistola funzioni prima di nebulizzare.

TRU-CLEAN – INFORMAZIONI GENERALI
SCOPO DELLA MACCHINA
L’unità è pensata per la pulizia di pistole a spruzzo
ad aria utilizzando solventi a base di diluenti o a
base acquosa.
Qualsiasi altro utilizzo dell’unità non è consentito, come:
• � Svuotamento della vernice in eccesso nell’unità
• � Pulizia di elementi elettrici ricaricabili
• � Raccolta di vari rifiuti
• � Pulizia di materiali tessili
• � Stoccaggio di elementi
• � Pulizia di mani o altre parti del corpo umano
• � Pulizia di qualsiasi elemento a uso alimentare o
per bevande
SOLVENTI CONSENTITI
L’unità può essere utilizzata con solventi e miscele di
solventi pensati per la pulizia delle pistole a spruzzo,
come acetone, toluene, isobutanolo, xilene, elencati
come Gruppo IIA ai sensi di IEC 79-20 (EN 60079-20).
L’unità può anche essere utilizzata con acqua o solventi
a base acquosa.
Tutti i solventi devono avere un valore di pH compreso
tra 4 e 10. Assicurarsi di non mischiare solventi a base
acquosa con solventi a base di diluenti. È importante che
tutti gli utenti siano informati del solvente utilizzato,
in ogni momento.
Non utilizzare mai nessun solvente che non sia dotato di
una SDS (scheda dati di sicurezza). Leggere la SDS con
attenzione e attenersi a tutte le istruzioni e le procedure
fornite nella SDS. In caso di dubbi o se occorrono
maggiori informazioni riguardo il solvente, contattare il
fornitore del solvente.
Non aggiungere altre sostanze chimiche al solvente
inclusi, senza limitazioni, cherosene, benzina, detergenti,
olio combustibile o solventi clorurati.
FUSTI DI SOLVENTE CONSENTITI
Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean può essere utilizzato con
diversi tipi di fusti, i quali devono tuttavia soddisfare
quanto segue:
• � I fusti devono inserirsi comodamente nell’unità
• � I fusti devono essere privi di perdite.
• � I fusti devono essere realizzati in materiale conduttivo.
• � Verificare i regolamenti locali riguardo il volume
max. consentito per lo stoccaggio di solvente
nell’unità
I fusti di solvente non sono forniti da Trisk | DeVilbiss,
pertanto Trisk | DeVilbiss non si assume alcuna
responsabilità per i fusti. Attenersi scrupolosamente alle
istruzioni del fornitore del solvente.
VASSOIO DI RACCOLTA
L’unità deve essere installata in modo tale da evitare che
perdite accidentali di solvente si diffondano in un sistema
di acque di scarico, presentando quindi un pericolo per
l’ambiente. Ciò può essere effettuato nei modi seguenti:
• � installazione dell’unità in un punto in cui pavimento e
pareti possano sostenere eventuali perdite accidentali
dei fusti, oppure
• � dotazione dell’unità di un vassoio di raccolta sotto i
fusti di solvente, che sia sufficientemente grande da
contenere il volume di almeno un fusto che perde.
INFORMAZIONI DI SICUREZZA
Un uso improprio di Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean può
comportare pericoli. Anche una scelta/manipolazione
incorretta di fusti o solventi può comportare pericoli.
Al fine di mantenere gli elevati standard di sicurezza
dell’unità è importante attenersi alle presenti istruzioni.
• � Non utilizzare l’unità prima di aver letto e compreso
appieno questo intero Manuale utente.
• � L’unità deve essere installata come descritto

Fare riferimento alla SDS (scheda dati di sicurezza)
deisolventi.
• � Indossare occhiali di sicurezza per sostanze chimiche
o simili, per proteggersi gli occhi. Indossare guanti
resistenti alle sostanze chimiche per impedire il
contatto con la pelle. Indossare indumenti resistenti
alle sostanze chimiche per proteggersi da fuoriuscite
o schizzi.
• � Il personale affetto da problemi respiratori o allergie
ai solventi utilizzati non deve utilizzare la macchina.

• � Pulire immediatamente le fuoriuscite. I vapori
di solvente sono più pesanti dell’aria e possono
diffondersi su grandi distanze. Possono anche
raccogliersi in affossamenti e altre aree basse.
• � Non fumare, mangiare o bere in prossimità
dell’unità.
• � L’unità è dotata di una valvola di sicurezza che
interromperà il ciclo di lavaggio automatico se il
coperchio viene aperto prima del completamento del
ciclo di lavaggio.
• � Durante il lavoro con solventi infiammabili tenere
sempre un estintore nelle vicinanze. Non utilizzare
acqua.
• � Le pistole a spruzzo o qualsiasi altro apparecchio
di verniciatura pulito nell’unità devono essere
idonei alla pulizia in un’area Zona 1 (rif. Categoria
2 secondo EN 13463-1/2001). In caso di dubbi,
contattare il produttore della pistola a spruzzo.
• � L’unità deve essere correttamente messa a terra
utilizzando il cavo di messa a terra collegato. Se si
utilizzano fusti in plastica, le aperture devono essere
pulite con un panno umido, per evitare l’elettricità
statica, prima di inserire o rimuovere qualsiasi tubo
flessibile o altra apparecchiatura.
ISTRUZIONI DI FUNZIONAMENTO
Le istruzioni operative devono essere formulate sulla
base del presente manuale e tradotte nella lingua
parlata dai dipendenti. Devono trovarsi nelle vicinanze
della macchina.
Per evitare confusione, i dipendenti devono essere
informati del solvente attualmente in uso sulla macchina.

DISIMBALLAGGIO

POSIZIONAMENTO DELL’UNITÀ
Il dispositivo Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean è
un’apparecchiatura di Categoria 2 (rif. Direttiva
ATEX 2014/34/UE) e, pertanto, può essere posizionato in
luoghi classificati come Zona 1 (rif. Direttiva
ATEX 1999/92 CE).
Se il dispositivo Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean viene installato
in luoghi classificati come Zona 2 o in luoghi non
classificati, si applica quanto segue, a condizione che la
ventilazione dell’unità sia stata installata come descritto
più avanti nel presente manuale: Lo spazio entro 1 m
dal dispositivo Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean deve essere
classificato come Zona 2 e l’interno delle canalizzazioni
come Zona 1 (vedere l’illustrazione sopra).
All’interno di queste aree, tutte le apparecchiature
come gli articoli elettrici devono essere approvate per
le Zone descritte. Le apparecchiature che generano
fiamme aperte o scintille (ad es., apparecchiatura di
saldatura o molatura) non possono essere utilizzate in
quest’area. Non è consentito fumare. In caso di dubbi,
contattare le autorità dei servizi antincendio locali per
chiedereconsiglio.
Il presente manuale è parte integrante dell’unità e deve
essere disponibile in ogni momento.

VENTILAZIONE
Sono disponibili due opzioni differenti per la ventilazione
dell’unità:
1. Convogliamento dello scarico all’esterno.
2. Convogliamento della canalizzazione in metallo in
una cappa che, a sua volta, è collegata a un sistema di
ventilazione idoneo, approvato per la Zona 1. Tale cappa
deve avere un design aperto, per evitare l’estrazione
costante. La canalizzazione in metallo non deve essere
più lunga di 15 metri e deve essere collegata in modo
tale da garantire la messa a terra.

L’aria compressa alimentata nell’unità deve essere pulita
e asciutta. Se prima non viene convogliata attraverso un
separatore di condensa e un filtro, può causare danni ai
componenti pneumatici dell’unità, il che renderà nulla
qualsiasi richiesta di garanzia.
Assicurarsi che l’unità sia correttamente messa a terra
utilizzando il cavo di messa a terra in dotazione.
PREPARATIVI PER L’USO
Aprire la piastra anteriore.
Fusti di solvente
Sono necessari due fusti, uno vuoto e uno pieno
di solvente. Entrambi i fusti devono avere le stesse
dimensioni, inserirsi comodamente all’interno di TruClean
e soddisfare i requisiti descritti al capitolo FUSTI DI
SOLVENTE CONSENTITI. Entrambi i fusti devono essere
puliti all’interno e non contenere nessuna particella
solida o altri oggetti che possano essere aspirati nelle
pompe durante il funzionamento.
Preparare i fusti
Versare metà del solvente dal fusto pieno in quello vuoto.
Tappi dei fusti
Con l’unità sono fornite due scatole di cartone con una
selezione di tappi conici. Selezionare i tappi più adatti
per l’apertura dei fusti.

Posizionare i due fusti nell’armadio.
Montare gli adattatori dei fusti sui rispettivi tappi.
Il fusto sul lato sinistro deve contenere il solvente
pulito. Collegare il tappo adattatore con il tubo
flessibile singolo ad esso.
Il fusto sul lato destro deve contenere il solvente di
ricircolo. Collegare il tappo adattatore con i due tubi
flessibili ad esso.
Il sistema del solvente è ora riempito. Entrambi i fusti
dovrebbero essere pieni per metà. Quando viene
effettuato il risciacquo manuale, il contenuto del fusto di
sinistra verrà gradualmente utilizzato e trasferito al fusto
di destra.
Preparare la linea dell’aria
La linea dell’aria (Figura 3.2) viene utilizzata nel ciclo
di lavaggio automatico. È fornito in dotazione un set di
tappi conici. Selezionare il tappo più adatto all’ingresso
dell’aria della pistola a spruzzo e montarlo nella
linea dell’aria.
ISTRUZIONI DI FUNZIONAMENTO
Svuotare la pistola dell’aria da qualsiasi residuo di
vernice in una vaschetta per le fuoriuscite separata.
Posizionare la coppa e il coperchio nel comparto di
lavaggio (Figura 3.3).
Si raccomanda di smontare la pistola a spruzzo e i
componenti posti nel comparto di lavaggio per i migliori
risultati di pulizia.
Assicurarsi di inserire il fermo del grilletto:

Place the two drums in the cabinet.
Fit the drum adaptors to the drum plugs.
The drum on the left side will contain the clean solvent. Con-
nect the adapter plug with the single hose to it.
The drum on the right side will contain the recirculating sol-
vent. Connect the adapter plug with the two hoses to it.
The solvent system is now filled-up. Both drums should be half
full. When manual rinsing is done, the contents of the left drum
will gradually be used up and transferred to the right drum.
Prepare air line
The air line (Figure 3.2) is used in the automatic wash cycle.
A set of conical plugs are provided. Select the plug that best fit
the spray-gun's air inlet, and mount it on the air line.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Empty the spray-gun of any residual paint into a separate
spills-dish.
Place the cup and lid onto the wash compartment (Figure 3.3).
It is recommended that the spray-gun is dismantled and the
parts placed in the washing compartment for best cleaning
results.
Be sure to fit the trigger clip:

Connect the air line to the gun (Figure 3.2).
Place gun on cone (Figure 3.6).
The air line prevents solvent from entering the spray-gun’s air
channels during washing.
Close the lid, and start the automatic pre-wash cycle by
pressing the button (Figure 2.4). The spray-gun will now be
automatically cleaned for approximately 1 minute with circulat-
ing solvent.
Automatic cleaning cycle ≈1 minute.
When the cleaning procedure is completed, the lid can be
opened and the spray-gun taken out.
Manual rinsing
The spray-gun can be manually rinsed with clean solvent if
required. Stepping on the pedal (Figure 2.5) will spray a jet of

È possibile risciacquare manualmente la pistola a spruzzo
con solvente pulito, se necessario. La pressione del
pedale spruzzerà un getto di solvente pulito dall’ugello
sotto il coperchio.

Infine, è possibile soffiare la pistola a spruzzo.
Collegare la pistola a spruzzo alla linea dell’aria
(opzionale) e soffiare la pistola a spruzzo attraverso
l’imbuto sotto il coperchio (Figura 3.1).
Utilizzando questo imbuto, si impedisce la diffusione dei
fumi all’interno della sede.
Chiudere il coperchio dopo la pulizia.

CARGA ESTÁTICA
El fluido puede desarrollar una carga estática que debe ser
disipada mediante una correcta puesta a tierra del equipo,
de los objetos a pulverizar y de cualquier objeto conductivo
en la zona de aplicación. Una puesta a tierra incorrecta o la
presencia de chispas puede causar una condición de peligro que
genere un incendio, una explosión o descarga eléctrica y otras
lesiones graves.

mano, el cuerpo, un guante o un trapo.
• �Siempre tenga puesta la protección del pico en la pistola de
pulverización antes de comenzar a pulverizar.
• �Siempre asegúrese de que el gatillo de la pistola funcione en
forma segura antes de comenzar a pulverizar.

TRU-CLEAN – INFORMACIÓN GENERAL
PROPÓSITO DE LA MÁQUINA
La unidad fue diseñada para limpiar pistolas
pulverizadoras accionadas con aire usando disolventes
de base diluyente o disolventes de base acuosa.
No están permitidos otros usos de la unidad, como
por ejemplo:
• � Vaciar exceso de pintura en la unidad
• � Limpiar artículos que se cargan en forma eléctrica
• � Recolectar diversos desechos
• � Limpiar materiales textiles
• � Guardar objetos
• � Limpiarse las manos u otras partes del cuerpo
• � Limpiar artículos para comidas o bebida
DISOLVENTES PERMITIDOS
La unidad se puede usar con disolventes o mezclas de
disolventes para limpieza de pistolas pulverizadoras,
como acetona, tolueno, isobutanol, y xileno que figuran
dentro del Grupo IIA según la norma IEC79-20
(EN 60079-20).
La unidad también se puede usar con agua o disolventes
de base acuosa.
Todos los disolventes deben tener un pH de entre 4
y 10. Asegúrese de no mezclar disolventes de base
acuosa con disolventes de base diluyente. Es importante
que todos los usuarios sepan qué disolvente se está
utilizando en todo momento.
Nunca utilice disolventes que no cuenten con una
hoja de datos de seguridad (Safety Data Sheet, SDS).
Lea atentamente la SDS y siga todas las instrucciones
y los procedimientos allí establecidos. Ante la duda,
o si requiere más información sobre el disolvente,
comuníquese con su proveedor de disolvente.
No agregue otros productos químicos al disolvente,
tales como queroseno, gasolina, detergentes, fuel oil o
disolvente clorados, entre otros.
TAMBORES DE DISOLVENTES
PERMITIDOS
La unidad Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean puede usarse con
distintos tipos de tambores que deben cumplir con las
siguientes pautas:
• � Los tambores deben caber dentro de la unidad.
• � Los tambores no deben tener fugas.
• � Los tambores deben ser de material conductivo.
• � Consulte las reglamentaciones locales respecto del
volumen máximo de disolvente que se puede tener
en la unidad.
Trisk | DeVilbiss no suministra los tambores, por lo cual
Trisk | DeVilbiss no asume responsabilidad por estos.
Siga detenidamente las instrucciones del proveedor
de disolvente.
BANDEJA COLECTORA
Es preciso instalar la unidad de modo de evitar que
se produzca una fuga accidental de disolvente que se
disemine en un sistema de desagüe y genere un peligro
para el medioambiente. Esto se puede lograr:
• � instalando la unidad en un lugar donde el piso y las
paredes puedan contener una fuga accidental del
tambor o
• � equipando la unidad con una bandeja colectora
debajo de los tambores de disolvente que sea lo
suficientemente grande para contener el volumen de
fuga de, al menos, uno de los tambores.
INFORMACIÓN DE SEGURIDAD
El uso inadecuado de la unidad Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean
puede generar peligros. La elección/manipulación
inadecuadas de los tambores de disolvente también
puede ocasiones peligros. Para mantener los niveles más
altos de seguridad de la unidad, es importante seguir
estas instrucciones.
• � No opere la unidad hasta haber leído y comprendido
totalmente este manual del usuario.
• � La unidad se debe instalar según lo descrito en las
instrucciones.
• � La unidad se debe usar según lo descrito en las
instrucciones.
• � La unidad se debe mantener la según lo descrito en
las instrucciones.
• � Solo se deben utilizar piezas de repuesto originales.
• � Este manual del usuario debe estar disponible y en
condiciones legibles cerca de la unidad. Todos los
usuarios deben saber dónde se encuentra el manual
del usuario.
• � Las instrucciones de operación se deben elaborar en
función del manual del usuario y traducirse al idioma
que hablen los empleados.
• � No modifique ni altere la unidad en forma alguna.
• � No opere la unidad a menos que esté debidamente
ventilada. No opere la unidad si no hay suficiente
extracción de vapores.
• � Evite el contacto con líquido y vapor. Consulte la
hoja de datos de seguridad (SDS) de los disolventes.
• � Use gafas para productos químicos, o un elemento
similar, como protección ocular. Use guantes
resistentes a los químicos para evitar el contacto
con la piel. Use vestimenta resistente a los químicos
como protección contra derrames o salpicaduras.
• � Los empleados que tengan problemas respiratorios o
alergias a los disolventes utilizados no deben operar
la máquina.

• � Limpie de inmediato cualquier derrame. Los vapores
de disolventes son más pesados que el aire y se
pueden dispersar mucho. También se pueden
acumular en fosas u otras zonas bajas.
• � No fume, coma ni beba cerca de la unidad.
• � La unidad cuenta con una válvula de seguridad que
interrumpirá el ciclo de lavado automático si se abre
la tapa antes de que finalice el ciclo.
• � Al trabajar con disolventes inflamables, es preciso
tener siempre un extintor de incendios cerca.
No use agua.
• � Las pistolas pulverizadoras o cualquier otro artículo
de un equipo de pintura que se limpie en la unidad
debe ser apto para limpieza en Zona 1
(ref. Categoría 2, según la norma EN 13463-1/2001).
Ante la duda, comuníquese con el fabricante de la
pistola pulverizadora.
• � La unidad debe estar correctamente puesta a tierra
con el cable a tierra adjunto. Si se usan tambores de
plástico, las aberturas se deben limpiar con un paño
húmedo para evitar electricidad estática antes de
introducir o retirar mangueras u otros equipos.
INSTRUCCIONES DE OPERACIÓN
Las instrucciones de operación se deben establecer en
función del manual y traducirse al idioma que hablen los
empleados. Deben estar cerca de la máquina.
Para evitar confusiones, los empleados deben saber qué
disolvente se está utilizando en ese momento en
la máquina.

COLOCACIÓN DE LA UNIDAD
La unidad Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean es un equipo de
Categoría 2 (ref. Directiva ATEX 2014/34/EU) y, por
ende, se puede colocar en lugares clasificados como
Zona 1 (ref. Directiva ATEX 1999/92 EC).
Si la unidad Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean se instala
en lugares clasificados como Zona2 o en lugares
sin clasificar, se aplica lo siguiente, siempre que la
ventilación de la unidad se instale según lo descrito más
adelante en este manual: El área a 1m de la unidad
Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean debe clasificarse como Zona 2
y el interior de los conductos, como Zona 1 (consulte la
ilustración anterior).
En estas áreas, todos los equipos, como artículos
eléctricos, deben estar aprobados para las Zonas
descritas. No se deben usar en esta zona equipos que
generan llamas vivas o chispas (p. ej., los de soldadura
o amolado). Está prohibido fumar. Ante la duda,
comuníquese con las autoridades locales del servicio de
bomberos para solicitar información.
Este manual es parte de la unidad y debe estar
disponible en todo momento.

VENTILACIÓN
Hay dos opciones diferentes para ventilar la unidad:
1. Dirigir el escape hacia el exterior.
2. Dirigir el conducto de metal hacia dentro de una
campana que, a su vez, esté conectada a un sistema
adecuado de ventilación aprobado para Zona 1.
El diseño de esta campana debe ser abierto para evitar
la extracción constante. El conducto de metal no debe
ser de más de 15 metros y debe estar conectado de
modo de garantizar la puesta a tierra.

El aire comprimido suministrado a la unidad debe estar
limpio y seco. Si no se pasa primero por un purgador y
filtro de agua, puede ocasionar daños a los componentes
neumáticos de la unidad y, por ende, invalidar reclamos
en virtud de la garantía.
Asegúrese de que la unidad esté correctamente puesta a
tierra con el cable a tierra suministrado.
PREPARACIONES PARA EL USO
Abra la placa frontal.
Tambores de disolventes
Se necesitan dos tambores: uno vacío y otro lleno de
disolvente. Ambos tambores deben ser del mismo tamaño,
caber dentro de la unidad TruClean y deben cumplir con
los requisitos descritos en el capítulo TAMBORES DE
DISOLVENTES PERMITIDOS. Ambos tambores deben estar
limpios por dentro y no deben contener sólidos ni otros
objetos que podrían ser aspirados hacia dentro de las
bombas durante su funcionamiento.
Preparación de los tambores
Vierta la mitad del disolvente del tambor lleno en el
tambor vacío.
Tapones para tambores
La unidad viene con dos cajas de cartón que contienen
diversos tapones cónicos. Elija los tapones que mejor
quepan en la abertura de los tambores.

TRU-CLEAN – OPERACIÓN
Coloque los dos tambores en el armario.
Coloque los adaptadores para tambores en los tapones
para tambores.
El tambor del lado izquierdo contiene el disolvente
limpio. Conecte el tapón adaptador con una manguera
a este.
El tambor del lado derecho contiene el disolvente de
recirculación. Conecte el tapón adaptador con
dos mangueras a este.
El sistema de disolvente se llena. Ambos tambores
deben estar medio llenos. Si se realiza un enjuague
manual, el contenido del tambor de la izquierda se
utilizará gradualmente y se transferirá al tambor de
la derecha.
Preparación de la línea de aire
La línea de aire (Figura 3.2) se usa en el ciclo de lavado
automático. Se suministra un conjunto de tapones
cónicos. Seleccione el tapón que mejor calce en la
entrada de aire de la pistola pulverizadora y colóquelo
en la línea de aire.
INSTRUCCIONES DE OPERACIÓN
Vacíe todo resto de pintura de la pistola pulverizadora en
una bandeja de derrames separada. Coloque la copa y la
tapa sobre el compartimento de lavado (Figura 3.3).
Para obtener el mejor resultado de limpieza, se
recomienda desarmar la pistola pulverizadora y colocar
las piezas en el compartimento de lavado.
Asegúrese de colocar el seguro del gatillo:

The solvent system is now filled-up. Both drums should be half
full. When manual rinsing is done, the contents of the left drum
will gradually be used up and transferred to the right drum.
Prepare air line
The air line (Figure 3.2) is used in the automatic wash cycle.
A set of conical plugs are provided. Select the plug that best fit
the spray-gun's air inlet, and mount it on the air line.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Empty the spray-gun of any residual paint into a separate
spills-dish.
Place the cup and lid onto the wash compartment (Figure 3.3).
It is recommended that the spray-gun is dismantled and the
parts placed in the washing compartment for best cleaning
results.
Be sure to fit the trigger clip:

Connect the air line to the gun (Figure 3.2).
Place gun on cone (Figure 3.6).
The air line prevents solvent from entering the spray-gun’s air
channels during washing.
Close the lid, and start the automatic pre-wash cycle by
pressing the button (Figure 2.4). The spray-gun will now be
automatically cleaned for approximately 1 minute with circulat-
ing solvent.
Automatic cleaning cycle ≈1 minute.
When the cleaning procedure is completed, the lid can be
opened and the spray-gun taken out.
Manual rinsing
The spray-gun can be manually rinsed with clean solvent if
required. Stepping on the pedal (Figure 2.5) will spray a jet of

Al presionar el pedal, sale un chorro de disolvente
limpio desde la boquilla debajo de la tapa.

Por último, es posible secar la pistola pulverizadora.

El uso de este embudo evita que los vapores se

Después de la limpieza, cierre la tapa.

TRU-CLEAN - ALLMÄN INFORMATION
MASKINENS SYFTE
Enheten är avsedd för rengöring av luftdrivna
sprutpistoler med hjälp av antingen förtunningsbaserade
lösningsmedel eller vattenbaserade lösningsmedel.
All annan användning av enheten är inte tillåten, till
exempel:
• �Tömning av överflödig färg i enheten
• �Rengöring av elektriska laddningsbara föremål
• �Insamling av olika typer av avfall
• �Rengöring av textilmaterial
• �Förvaring av föremål
• �Rengöring av händer eller andra delar av
människokroppen
• �Rengöring av eventuella föremål för mat eller dryck
TILLÅTNA LÖSNINGSMEDEL
Enheten kan användas med lösningsmedel och
lösningsmedelsblandningar som är avsedda för rengöring
av sprutpistoler, t.ex. aceton, toluen, isobutanol och
xylen, som är listade som grupp IIA enligt IEC 79-20 (EN
60079-20).
Enheten kan också användas med vatten eller
vattenbaserade lösningsmedel.
Alla lösningsmedel måste ha ett pH-värde mellan 4
och 10. Var noga med att inte blanda vattenbaserade
lösningsmedel med lösningsmedel som är baserade på
förtunnare. Det är viktigt att alla användare alltid får
veta vilket lösningsmedel som används.
Använd aldrig något lösningsmedel om det inte är
försett med ett säkerhetsdatablad (SDS). Läs SDS
noggrant och följ alla instruktioner och förfaranden som
anges i SDS. Om du är osäker eller om du behöver mer
information om lösningsmedlet, kontakta din leverantör
av lösningsmedel.
Tillsätt inte andra kemikalier till lösningsmedlet,
inklusive, men inte begränsat till, fotogen, bensin,
tvättmedel, eldningsolja eller klorerade lösningsmedel.
TILLÅTNA TRUMMOR MED
LÖSNINGSMEDEL
Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean kan användas med olika typer
av trummor, men de måste uppfylla följande krav:
• �Trummorna måste passa in i enheten
• �Faten måste vara täta.
• �Trummorna måste vara tillverkade av ett ledande
material.
• �Kontrollera lokala bestämmelser om högsta tillåtna
volym för förvaring av lösningsmedel i enheten
Lösningsmedelstrummor tillhandahålls inte av Trisk |
DeVilbiss och Trisk | DeVilbiss tar därför inget ansvar för
trummorna. Följ noggrant lösningsmedelsleverantörens
anvisningar.
UPPSAMLINGSBRICKA
Enheten måste installeras på ett sådant sätt att
oavsiktligt läckage av lösningsmedel inte sprids till ett
avloppsvattensystem och därmed utgör en fara för
miljön. Detta kan göras genom att:
• �installera enheten på en plats där golv och väggar kan
hålla kvar eventuella oavsiktliga trumläckage, eller
• �utrusta enheten med en uppsamlingsbricka under
lösningsmedelstrummorna som är tillräckligt stor för
att rymma volymen av minst en läckande trumma.
SÄKERHETSINFORMATION
Risker kan uppstå vid felaktig användning av
Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean. Risker kan också uppstå vid
felaktigt val/hantering av fat eller lösningsmedel. För att
bibehålla enhetens höga säkerhetsstandard är det viktigt
att dessa instruktioner följs.
• �Använd inte enheten förrän du har läst och förstått
hela användarhandboken.
• �Enheten ska installeras enligt instruktionerna.
• �Enheten ska användas på det sätt som beskrivs i
bruksanvisningen.
• �Enheten ska underhållas på det sätt som beskrivs i
bruksanvisningen.
• �Endast originalreservdelar får användas.
• �Denna bruksanvisning måste finnas tillgänglig
och i läsbart skick i närheten av enheten. Varje
användare ska veta var han eller hon kan hitta
bruksanvisningen.
• �Bruksanvisningar ska utformas på grundval av denna
bruksanvisning och översättas till det språk som de
anställda talar.
• �Modifiera eller ändra inte enheten på något sätt.
• �Använd inte enheten om den inte är ordentligt
ventilerad. Använd inte enheten om utsugningen av
ångor är otillräcklig.
• �Undvik kontakt med vätska och ånga. Se
lösningsmedlens SDS (säkerhetsdatablad).
• �Använd kemiska skyddsglasögon eller liknande för

att skydda ögonen. Använd kemikaliebeständiga
handskar för att förhindra hudkontakt. Bär
kemikaliebeständiga kläder för att skydda mot spill
eller stänk.
• �Personer som lider av andningsproblem eller allergier
mot de lösningsmedel som används får inte använda
maskinen.
• �Rengör spill omedelbart. Lösningsmedelsångor är
tyngre än luft och kan spridas långt. De kan också
samlas i gropar eller andra låga områden.
• �Rök, ät eller drick inte när du befinner dig nära
enheten.
• �Enheten är utrustad med en säkerhetsventil som
avbryter den automatiska tvättcykeln om locket
öppnas innan tvättcykeln är klar.
• �En brandsläckare måste alltid finnas i närheten
när man arbetar med brandfarliga lösningsmedel.
Använd inte vatten.
• �Sprutpistoler eller annan färgutrustning som
rengörs i enheten måste vara lämpliga för rengöring
i ett område i zon 1 (ref. Kategori 2 enligt EN
13463-1/2001). Om du är osäker bör du kontakta
tillverkaren av sprutpistolen.
• �Enheten måste jordas ordentligt med hjälp av den
bifogade jordkabeln. Om plasttrummor används ska
öppningarna torkas av med en fuktig trasa för att
undvika statisk elektricitet innan slangar eller annan
utrustning sätts in eller tas bort.

BRUKSANVISNINGAR
Driftsinstruktioner ska utformas på grundval av denna
handbok och översättas till det språk som de anställda
talar. Den ska vara nära maskinen. För att undvika
förvirring måste de anställda informeras om vilket
lösningsmedel som för närvarande används i maskinen.
UTPACKNING

PLACERING AV ENHETEN
Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean är utrustningskategori 2 (ref.
ATEX-direktiv 2014/34/EU) och kan därför placeras på
platser som klassificeras som zon 1 (ref. ATEX-direktiv
1999/92 EG).
Om Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean installeras på platser som
klassificeras som zon 2 eller på oklassificerade platser
gäller följande under förutsättning att ventilationen
av enheten installeras enligt beskrivningen längre
ner i denna handbok: Utrymmet inom 1 m från Trisk
| DeVilbiss TruClean ska klassificeras som zon 2 och
insidan av kanalen som zon 1 (se illustrationen ovan).
Inom dessa områden måste all utrustning, t.ex. elektrisk
utrustning, vara godkänd för de beskrivna zonerna.
Utrustning som alstrar öppna lågor eller gnistor (t.ex.
svets- eller sliputrustning) får inte användas i detta
område. Rökning är inte tillåten. Om du är osäker,
kontakta de lokala brandmyndigheterna för råd.

VENTILATION
Det finns två olika alternativ för enhetens ventilation:
1. Led avgaserna utomhus.
2. Led metallkanalen till en kåpa som i sin tur är
ansluten till ett lämpligt ventilationssystem som är
godkänt för zon 1. Huven bör vara öppen för att undvika
konstant utsugning. Metallkanalen får inte vara längre än
15 meter och måste anslutas på ett sådant sätt att den
är jordad.

Den tryckluft som levereras till enheten måste vara ren
och torr. Om det inte först leds genom en vattenfälla och
ett filter kan det orsaka skador på enhetens pneumatiska
komponenter, vilket gör att eventuella garantianspråk
upphör.
Se till att enheten är ordentligt jordad med hjälp av den
medföljande jordningskabeln.
PREPARAT FÖR ANVÄNDNING
Öppna den främre plattan.
Trummor med lösningsmedel
Det behövs två trummor, en tom trumma och en trumma
fylld med lösningsmedel. Båda trummorna måste vara av
samma storlek, passa in i TruClean och uppfylla kraven
i kapitlet TILLÅTTADE LÖSNINGSTROMMOR. Båda
trummorna måste vara rena på insidan och de får inte
innehålla några fasta ämnen eller andra föremål som
kan sugas in i pumparna när de är igång.
Förbered trummor
Häll hälften av lösningsmedlet från den fulla trumman till
den tomma.
Trumproppar
Tillsammans med enheten levereras två kartonger med
ett urval av koniska pluggar. Välj de pluggar som passar
bäst i trummornas öppning.

TRU-CLEAN - DRIFT
Placera de två trummorna i skåpet.
Montera trumadaptorerna på trumpropparna.
Trumman på vänster sida innehåller det rena
lösningsmedlet. Anslut adapterproppen med den enkla
slangen till den.
Trumman på höger sida innehåller det recirkulerande
lösningsmedlet. Anslut adapterkontakten med de två
slangarna till den.
Lösningsmedelsystemet är nu fyllt. Båda trummorna
ska vara halvfulla. När manuell sköljning utförs kommer
innehållet i den vänstra trumman gradvis att förbrukas
och överföras till den högra trumman.
Förbered luftledning
Luftledningen (figur 3.2) används i den automatiska
tvättcykeln. En uppsättning koniska pluggar finns
med. Välj den plugg som passar bäst till sprutpistolens
luftintag och montera den på luftledningen.
BRUKSANVISNINGAR
Töm sprutpistolen på eventuella färgrester i en separat
spillskål.Placera koppen och locket på tvättfacket (figur
3.3).
Det rekommenderas att sprutpistolen demonteras och
att delarna placeras i tvättutrymmet för bästa möjliga
rengöringsresultat.
Se till att avtryckarklippet sitter på plats:

Prepare air line
The air line (Figure 3.2) is used in the automatic wash cycle.
A set of conical plugs are provided. Select the plug that best fit
the spray-gun's air inlet, and mount it on the air line.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Empty the spray-gun of any residual paint into a separate
spills-dish.
Place the cup and lid onto the wash compartment (Figure 3.3).
It is recommended that the spray-gun is dismantled and the
parts placed in the washing compartment for best cleaning
results.

Close the lid, and start the automatic pre-wash cycle by

ing solvent.

When the cleaning procedure is completed, the lid can be
opened and the spray-gun taken out.

lösningsmedel om det behövs. När du trampar på
pedalen sprutas en stråle av rent lösningsmedel från
munstycket under locket.

Ünite, hava ile çalışan püskürtme tabancalarının tiner
veya su bazlı solventler kullanılarak temizlenmesi
içintasarlanmıştır.
Ünite, aşağıdakilere benzer başka herhangi bir amaç
içinkullanılamaz:
• �Fazla boyanın üniteye boşaltılması
• �Elektrikle şarj edilebilen cihazların temizlenmesi
• �Çeşitli atıkların toplanması
• �Tekstil malzemelerinin temizliği
• �Eşyaların saklanması
• �Ellerin veya vücudun diğer bölümlerinin temizlenmesi
• �Yiyecek veya içecekle ilgili ürünlerin temizlenmesi
İZİN VERİLEN SOLVENTLER
Ünite, IEC 79-20'ye (EN 60079-20) göre Grup IIA
olarak listelenen aseton, toluen, izobütanol, ksilen gibi
püskürtme tabancası temizliğine yönelik solvent ve
solvent karışımları ile kullanılabilir.
Ünite ayrıca su veya su bazlı solventlerle de kullanılabilir.
Tüm solventlerin pH değeri 4 ile 10 arasında
olmalıdır. Su bazlı solventleri tiner bazlı solventlerle
karıştırmadığınızdan emin olun. Tüm kullanıcıların, hangi
solventin kullanıldığı konusunda her zaman bilgi sahibi
olması gerekir.
Güvenlik Bilgi Formu (GBF) sunulmamış olan solventleri
asla kullanmayın. GBF'yi dikkatle okuyun ve bu formda
belirtilen tüm talimatlar ile prosedürleri izleyin. Emin
değilseniz veya solvent hakkında daha fazla bilgiye
ihtiyaç duyuyorsanız lütfen solvent tedarikçinizle
iletişimegeçin.
Gaz yağı, benzin, deterjanlar, akaryakıt veya klorlu
solventler dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere,
solvente başka kimyasallar eklemeyin.

ÜNİTENİN YERLEŞTİRİLMESİ
Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean, ekipman Kategorisi 2
(ref. ATEX-direktifi 2014/34/EU) kapsamındadır ve
bu nedenle Bölge 1 olarak sınıflandırılan yerlere
yerleştirilebilir (ref. ATEX-direktifi 1999/92 EC).
Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean, Bölge 2 olarak sınıflandırılan
yerlere veya herhangi bir sınıflandırma yapılmamış
yerlere monte edilirse, ünite havalandırmasının bu
kılavuzda açıklandığı gibi monte edilmesi koşuluyla şunlar
geçerlidir: Trisk | DeVilbiss TruClean'in 1 m çapındaki
boşluk Bölge 2, kanal sisteminin içi ise Bölge 1 olarak
sınıflandırılmalıdır (yukarıdaki resme bakın).
Bu bölgelerdeki elektrikli eşyalar gibi tüm ekipmanların
açıklanan Bölgeler için onaylanması gerekir. Çıplak alev
veya kıvılcım üreten ekipman (örneğin kaynak veya
taşlama ekipmanı) bu alanda kullanılamaz. Sigara içmek
yasaktır. Herhangi bir şüpheniz olursa tavsiyeler için

HAVALANDIRMA
Ünitenin havalandırması için iki farklı seçenek vardır:
1. Egzozu dışarıya yönlendirin.
2. Metal kanal sistemini, Bölge 1 için onaylanmış
uygun bir havalandırma sistemine bağlı bir davlumbaza
yönlendirin. Bu davlumbaz, sürekli hava çekimini
(ekstraksiyon) önlemek için açık bir tasarıma sahip
olmalıdır. Metal kanal 15 metreden uzun olmamalı ve
topraklama sağlayacak şekilde bağlanmalıdır.

Bu basınçlı hava ilk olarak bir su tutucu ve filtreden
geçirilmezse ünitenin pnömatik bileşenlerine zarar
verebilir, bu da garantileri geçersiz kılar.
Verilen topraklama kablosunu kullanarak ünitenin uygun
şekilde topraklandığından emin olun.
KULLANIM HAZIRLIKLARI
Ön plakayı açın.
Solvent hazneleri
Biri boş, diğeri ise solvent dolu olmak üzere iki hazneye
ihtiyaç vardır. Her iki hazne de aynı boyutta olmalı,
TruClean'in içine tam sığmalı ve İZİN VERİLEN SOLVENT
HAZNELERİ bölümünde açıklanan gereksinimleri
karşılamalıdır. Her iki haznenin de içi temiz olmalı ve
ünite çalışırken pompaların içine emilebilecek herhangi
bir katı madde veya başka nesne içermemelidir.
Hazneleri hazırlayın
Solvent dolu haznedeki solventin yarısını boş
hazneyedökün.
Hazne tapaları
Üniteyle birlikte, çeşitli konik tapaların bulunduğu iki
karton kutu verilir. Haznelerin açıklığına en uygun
tapaları seçin.

TRU-CLEAN – İŞLETİM
İki hazneyi de kabine yerleştirin.
Hazne adaptörlerini hazne tapalarına takın.
Soldaki haznede temiz solvent bulunacaktır.
Tek hortumlu adaptör tapasını buna bağlayın.
Sağdaki haznede devridaim ettirilen solvent
bulunacaktır. İki hortumlu adaptör tapasını
bunabağlayın.
Bu noktada solvent doldurulmuştur. Her iki hazne de
yarı dolu olmalıdır. Manuel durulama yapıldığında, sol
haznenin içeriği kademeli olarak tüketilecek ve sağ
hazneye aktarılacaktır.
Hava hattını hazırlayın
Hava hattı (Şekil 3.2), otomatik yıkama döngüsünde
kullanılır. Bir dizi konik tapa sağlanmıştır. Püskürtme
tabancasının hava girişine en uygun tapayı seçin ve
hava hattına monte edin.
KULLANIM TALİMATLARI
Püskürtme tabancasında kalan artık boyaları ayrı
bir toplama kabına boşaltın. Kabı ve kapağı yıkama
bölmesine yerleştirin (Şekil 3.3).
En iyi temizlik sonuçları için püskürtme tabancasının
sökülmesi ve parçaların yıkama bölmesine yerleştirilmesi
tavsiye edilir.

Place the two drums in the cabinet.
Fit the drum adaptors to the drum plugs.
The drum on the left side will contain the clean solvent. Con-
nect the adapter plug with the single hose to it.
The drum on the right side will contain the recirculating sol-
vent. Connect the adapter plug with the two hoses to it.
The solvent system is now filled-up. Both drums should be half
full. When manual rinsing is done, the contents of the left drum
will gradually be used up and transferred to the right drum.
Prepare air line
The air line (Figure 3.2) is used in the automatic wash cycle.
A set of conical plugs are provided. Select the plug that best fit
the spray-gun's air inlet, and mount it on the air line.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Empty the spray-gun of any residual paint into a separate
spills-dish.
Place the cup and lid onto the wash compartment (Figure 3.3).
It is recommended that the spray-gun is dismantled and the
parts placed in the washing compartment for best cleaning
results.
Be sure to fit the trigger clip:

Connect the air line to the gun (Figure 3.2).
Place gun on cone (Figure 3.6).
The air line prevents solvent from entering the spray-gun’s air
channels during washing.
Close the lid, and start the automatic pre-wash cycle by
pressing the button (Figure 2.4). The spray-gun will now be
automatically cleaned for approximately 1 minute with circulat-
ing solvent.
Automatic cleaning cycle ≈1 minute.
When the cleaning procedure is completed, the lid can be
opened and the spray-gun taken out.
Manual rinsing
The spray-gun can be manually rinsed with clean solvent if
required. Stepping on the pedal (Figure 2.5) will spray a jet of

püskürtülecektir.
