Overview
Eliminating the nagging “dirt in paint” problems starts with having the paint drops comprised of Hosco smooth-bore, cavity-free, micro-finshed components. Hosco valves are all stainless steel, smooth-bore, fully encapsulated, and cavity-free allowing them to flush easily and quickly so there is no place for dried paint to hide. Our valve family is available in every configuration needed in paint circulation drop stations from 1/4″ to 5/8″ or 8mm to 14mm sizes- threaded, bulkhead threaded, compression, bulkhead compression, and tube up to 18″ long. Our valves include adjustable packing for cradle to grave service in a paint shop’s 25 year life, with PTFE packing and seats that provide chemical resistance to all of the coatings used or anticipated for use in the future.

SSBV-CLIPLOCK Lockable assembly to prevent accidental handle actuation which can be used to lock the ball valve open or closed. This 3-piece assemble comes with Saddle Body, lanyard, and Locking Tab and can be added to any existing Hosco SSBV Ball Valve or supplied with new valves.
