Clamp Removal
1. Turn off power to equipment
2. Remove any necessary hose wrap and debris to
expose clamps that need replacing.
NOTE: Be careful not to nick or cut cables, material
hoses, or any other component in hose bundle.
3. Identify and remove necessary clamps from hose
using 3mm Allen wrench and special Torx bit
(provided).
Clamp Installation:
NOTE: Clamps are located near the modems. Refer to
Fig. 1 for complete diagram of clamp locations.
4. Mark hose where clamp will be installed (See
measurements in Fig. 1)
5. Install two A Clamp pieces by sandwiching them
around the A material hose.
NOTE: Keep clamp square with nearest modem when
installing.
ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD: Disconnect
all power sources before accessing any
electrical connections in the Control Module,
Fluid Modules, or hoses. Equipment must be
serviced by trained personnel only.
FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARD: Improper
equipment grounding, poor ventilation, open
flame or sparks can cause a hazardous
condition and result in fire or explosion and
serious injury.
NEVER MODIFY THE EQUIPMENT:
Do not modify the equipment unless the
manufacturer provides written approval.

6. Repeat step 5 with B clamp pieces.
7. Align A clamp pieces and B clamp pieces by
loosely installing long screws through both clamp
sets. (Fig. 3)
NOTE: Loosely installing long screws ensures that
clamp halves are aligned correctly when crimped
onto master hose.
8. With long screws loosely installed, assemble clamps
by installing (4X) Torx screws (Fig. 4)
NOTE: When installing Torx screws, alternate
tightening between top screw and bottom screw to
ensure even clamping pressure. Tighten until clamp
halves touch.
9. Clamp should look like Fig. 5.
10. Remove long screws from clamp and install power
cables (not shown) through the center guide in clamp
(Fig. 6).
11. Re-install long screws and tighten using 3mm Allen
wrench.
