finger out of regular gloves.

1. Insure all fluid and air connections
are secure. Use wrench to hold
bracket when securing fluid hose.
2. Check the Air Cap, Fluid
Nozzle & Electrode are
in good condition.
3. Check the Fluid Nozzle
is secure & leak free.
5. Check for the
correct Air & Fluid
Pressure.
4. With power off, clean
gun exterior to prevent
contamination using
non-polar solvent.
• Naptha
• Xylol (Xylene)
• Toluol (Toluene)
6. Check green light
indicating voltage
while spraying.
1. Only use a Ransburg gun
cover (80395-00).
2. Protect the hoses from
spray contamination.
3. Only use genuine Ransburg Fluid
Hoses (80303-XX) and grounded
air hose (80558-XX).
4. Never immerse the gun in
Solvent … ever!
