CASCADE ASSEMBLY
HP-404 (79010-XX) & HP-505 (A10565-XX)
Due to global market constraints on raw materials, adjustments have been made on material selections used to house
electronic packages of the Ransburg cascade assemblies HP-404 and HP-505.
These cascades are used in various electrostatic applicators.
The color black cascade shells are being temporarily used until our standard raw materials are readily available for
production use.
Stringent tests on the black plastic material have been performed and verified it meets the insulation requirements for
the sensitive electronics package once it is epoxied into a solid state condition.
Shown below is the difference in appearance of the temporary black cascade shell and the standard light brown
cascade shell. Any questions please reach out to the Binks customer service team for further assistance.

This product is covered by Binks’ materials and workmanship limited warranty.
The use of parts or accessories from sources other than Binks will void all warranties. Failure to follow reasonable
maintenance guidance provided can invalidate the warranty.
