ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD: Disconnect
all power sources before accessing any
electrical connections in the Control Module,
Fluid Modules, or hoses. Equipment must be
serviced by trained personnel only.
FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARD: Improper
equipment grounding, poor ventilation, open
flame or sparks can cause a hazardous
condition and result in fire or explosion and
serious injury.
NEVER MODIFY THE EQUIPMENT:
Do not modify the equipment unless the
manufacturer provides written approval.

maintenance

Remove old clamp:
1. Turn off power to equipment.
NOTE: Be careful not to nick or cut cables, material
hoses, or any other component in hose bundle.
2. Remove any necessary hose wrap and debris to
expose hose clamps needing replacement.
NOTE: Clamps are located near hose ends. Refer to
Fig. 1 for complete diagram of clamp locations.
3. Identify and remove necessary clamps from hose
using 3/16 Allen wrench.
Install the new clamp:
NOTE: Keep clamp square with the nearest modem
when installing.
4. Mark hose where clamp will be installed. (See
measurements in Fig. 1)
5. Place clamp halves around hose (Fig. 2).
6. Ensure that fiber optic strand (A side) and grounding
wire (B side) fit through the provided slots in clamp
(Fig. 3).
7. Install bolt into clamp and tighten using 3/16 Allen
wrench (Fig. 4).
8. Reinstall insulation onto material hoses, and cover
with jacket.
