With growing demand for their services, Johnsonville Spray Foam Insulation LLC of Arlington, South Dakota has been adding Binks® spray foam systems to their equipment lineup. With prior equipment, the material sprayed was tracked by stroke counters. “We now bill by the gallon, which customers understand, and can provide details that show the material was 100% on-ratio,” said Johnson.

From a sprayer’s perspective, the entire Binks system is easy to learn and get into, allowing even team members with limited experience to quickly make the transition to pro. “The user interface is my favorite feature,” said Terry Mutzieger, a member of the Johnsonville crew. “From the moment you flip the switch to start, everything you need is right there on the screen.” Being a new sprayer, you don’t have to worry about being on-ratio – the machine is doing it for you.
