The E420 3D Applicator is primarily used in
automotive paint shop sealing applications,
including interior seam sealing, under-body
coating and sealing.
The E420 3D Applicator provides the capability
to dispense material from 3 different dispense
patterns and orientations. This allows a single
robot to complete multiple dispense operations
which increases robot utilization and flexibility.
The E420 3D Applicator is the latest design of
Binks® 3D gun family. It has similar functions as
other 3D applications eg E415. The new design
of its central body and swivel house provide
even longer life and easier maintenance than
the very popular E415.

E415 3D Applicator
Binks® E415 has, apart from the swiveling function, three individual
nozzles giving unsurpassed spraying capability in all directions.
The material flow to each nozzle is controlled by a material valve
integrated into the nozzle head. The material valves are operated by
pneumatic solenoid valves thus minimizing reaction times. Market
leading low weight for the aluminium version (3.7 kg) in combination
with compact design ensure optimal reach and control.

Binks® E475 CS Applicator
Binks® E475 CS is used for cosmetic (hem)
sealing which requires high precision and quality.
The applicator provides a fixed nozzle, or as an
option, with automatic nozzle exchange. Material
circulation is integrated, and options include
temperature and pressure sensors. Material beads
are placed with high accuracy to give a clean look
on all exposed areas.

Binks® E480 CS Applicator
Binks® E480 CS is a lightweight, high-pressure
gun designed for robotic application of cosmetic
sealing, an application re-quiring high precision
and quality demands.
The gun is equipped with a swivel for optimum
robot flexibility and has two individually operated
nozzles. The nozzle head is designed for use with
tool changer and can be specified for various
nozzle angles and directions. An adapter is
available as an option for replacing the tool
changer and still have the same TCP for the nozzle.

Binks® swiveling applicators for multiangle
and different pattern dispensing
The Binks® 400 range swiveling applicators are designed to be
used for high pressure precision robotic sealant dispensing. The
applicators have dedicated swiveling house so they can rotate
independently, which is essential to conduct flexible and complex
sealing applications. The applicators could have multi nozzles
with different angle and spray patterns.
Most types of single component adhesives and sealants with
medium to high viscosity could be dispensed by the applicators.
The most common applications are PVC underbody coating,
seam sealing and cosmetic (hem) sealing on car bodies. In
addition, the applicators are broadly used for spraying liquid-
applied sound damping(LASD) material as well. Other industry
eg EV battery box, agricultural construction equipment, heavy
trucks, rail etc could consider to use the applicators for complex
geometry parts sealing and protection.
